Amazon's 2025 Prime Day sale in Australia is done and dusted! This year, the online retailer's annual deals event ran for a total of 7 days, starting at 12:01am AEST on Tuesday, 8 July and ending on Monday, 14 July, at 11:59pm AEST.

Having covered Prime Day sales for years, I can confidently say this one had some great deals, and many are still available. My team and I have once again been providing live deals coverage from day 1, and we've unearthed some incredible savings on a wide range of products.

These include significant discounts on Amazon's own devices, such as Echo smart speakers, Kindle ereaders, Fire TV sticks, and Ring and Blink cameras. Additionally, we've found sought-after items like phones, tablets, monitors, beauty tech, home appliances, and much more at great prices.

There's something for everyone in Amazon's Prime Day sale; however, many of the best discounts are exclusive to Prime members. If this is your first Prime Day, you can sign up for a 30-day Amazon Prime free trial to get the most out of the sale.

Join me and the rest of Tom's Guide's Australian team as we continue to dig up the best deals during the Amazon Prime Day 2025 sale. Happy shopping!

prime day ipad deals

Apple's latest iPad Pros are certified productivity powerhouses thanks to the inclusion of the company's newest M4 processors. And while you do pay a premium for it, this 13-inch model – the largest on offer – is a great choice for anyone looking for a tablet that can go head-to-head with a MacBook Pro when it comes to actually Getting Stuff Done. It's certainly no toy, able to handle demanding multimedia and video work and, with an appropriate Magic Keyboard Case, any kind of writing that benefits from having a physical keyboard (which, let's face it, is all writing).

For Prime Day, Amazon's serving up some of the biggest discounts we've seen for this model, with up to 24% off the Wi-Fi + Cellular 2TB model (down from an eye-watering AU$4,299 to a merely teeth-grinding AU$3,249).

We reckon the best option for most people is the 1TB Wi-Fi model, which carries a AU$850 discount (25%) that takes it down to AU$2,599. That capacity gives you plenty of space for working with even the largest files (like 4K or even 8K video), and you're not paying extra for cellular connectivity, for which we're assuming most people are happy to hotspot to their phone.

Nespresso Vertuo Lattissima deal next to four drinks

(Image credit: Future / Millie Fender)

One button coffee

The Nespresso Vertuo Pop is the famed coffee maker's smallest machine, yet it doesn't scrimp on features. Being part of the Vertuo lineup, it uses a wider range of pods that can brew a range of coffee sizes, from single espresso all the way up to a full mug.

I've used a Vertuo Pop ever since its launch in early 2023 and have zero complaints. It works just as I'd expect and couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is pop a pod in and press a button; the machine takes care of the rest – it's that easy. It's a similar story for frothing milk with the included Aeroccino 3, which can heat and froth milk in a matter of seconds.

The AU$319 RRP for the machine and Aeroccino 3 was already good value in my opinion, but you can now pick up the bundle from Amazon for the exceedingly low price of AU$169! Do note, this is just for the red Vertuo Pop. The white version (which I personally own) can be yours for AU$184.

If you're not fussed about the milk frother, you can nab the Vertuo Pop on its lonesome for just AU$80 — that's an all time low, for Prime Day.

Prime Day

Winter school holidays are in full swing, and if you've got a trip coming up in the next few weeks, may I draw your attention to these travel must-haves, courtesy of Amazon Prime Day. As a budget traveller myself, I couldn't live without these travel items on my recent trip to Japan.

First off, we all know how uncomfortable long-haul flights can be, but with a nifty little neck pillow, every flight will feel like a luxury. The Trtl Travel Pillow — which is more like a scarf — supports your neck and head when sleeping or napping upright, without giving you a kink in your neck. This is a mighty fine investment to make, especially as the Trtl is now down to just AU$76 on Amazon.

Another great travel hack I've invested in is the Twelve South AirFly Pro, a handy little transmitter that connects your Bluetooth headphones to your in-flight entertainment screen. This transmitter was an absolute winner in my books, as I was able to use my AirPods Max throughout the entire 10-hour flight to Tokyo with no hassles (or annoying wires!). The Twelve South AirFly Pro in white is now just AU$71, down from AU$89.99.

It also doesn't hurt to have an aesthetically pleasing, colour-coordinated luggage set to take on your travels. A four-piece luggage bundle from Showkoo on Amazon will only set you back AU$263.99 during Prime Day, which is around AU$66 per bag. Available in a range of colours under the same listing, you're sure to find a set that suits your style with ease.

Honourable mentions here include a fun and vibrant Stanley Quencher Tumbler or Owala FreeSip bottle, for on-the-go hydration, and of course, a good read, always found best on a Kindle ereader. You can peruse my top travel items below, all discounted for Amazon Prime Day.

Our review gave this tool a massive 4 out of 5 stars, as it delivered on shiny, "naturally" straight results in minutes. We did knock it down a peg thanks to its inflated price tag, but now it's received a nice AU$152 discount for Prime Day.

Samsung's Galaxy Buds 2 Pro may have been superseded by a third generation product, but these are still my pick for the best Samsung earbuds on the market.

Apart from lacking those AirPod-style stems that I'm not a fan of, the Buds 2 Pro are surprisingly bass heavy, making them ideal for hip hop and EDM.

On top of this, they're capable of hi-res 24-bit audio and Dolby Atmos, offer excellent noise cancellation and boast an IPX7 rating against water.

Just Beat it 🎂

If you're an avid baker, adding a KitchenAid stand mixer to your arsenal is a worthy investment. While it might be more of a splurge purchase, these stand mixers can do it all, from whipping up fluffy meringues to making pastry — and in a flash, too.

The Artisan Stand Mixers come in a range of options — including 2025's colour of the year called Butter — and a multitude of attachments, including a whisk head and a dough hook. You can even buy additional attachments, like a vegetable slicer or meat grinder, making it more than just a heavy-duty mixer.

Let's get steam cookin'

There are not too many air fryers around at the moment that'll let you cook with steam, but this Philips 5000 Series is the exception. This means your most versatile kitchen appliance — aside from a multicooker — can now steam dumplings, veggies and more, all at the touch of a button!

This Philips model also has a steam-clean function, but our colleagues at TechRadar found some caveats in their review. Otherwise, everything they cooked in this came out excellent, making it definitely worth the investment; now there's a 42% discount available.
