Smart lighting brand Govee has announced three new smart lights at CES 2026, as well as a slate of smart updates across Govee's full range.

Announced to attendees this weekend, the Govee Floor Lamp 3, Govee Ceiling Light Ultra and Govee Sky Ceiling Light mark the brand's next step in bringing color to your home. And that's not all: the brand also announced a partnership with Samsung SmartThings, in a bid to firmly embed itself in your existing smart home setup.

What's new?

What else is new?

Slim and sculptural, the new Floor Lamp 3 is designed to let the light do the talking. With the brand's LuminBlend+ color and an impressive 1000K–10000K light temperature range, it's the latest addition to Govee's floor lamp lineup.

There's also the new Ceiling Light Ultra, which claims to "support everyday comfort and visual clarity" with dynamic lighting effects through the brand's AI Lighting Bot 2.0. With a 616-pixel LED matrix, it's highly capable and immensely customizable.

Finally, there's the release that most excites me: the Sky Ceiling Light. According to Govee, this light works to mimic a natural skylight in your ceiling, bringing soft transitions and gradient illumination. If, like me, you're an apartment-dweller without much natural light, this could be a true game-changer in how you use your home. According to Govee, it creates a "calming, uplifting atmosphere in the home."

Things keep getting smarter

Govee also announced an expansion to its smart home ecosystem this CES, with a new partnership with Samsung's SmartThings. As a SmartThings user, I'm excited to bring another gadget under the same umbrella as my washing machine, refrigerator and even my smart lock.

This compatibility will mean your lighting is automated effortlessly across a range of rooms and spaces in your home, making your complete setup feel more unified and easier to control.
