As March winds down, there are still plenty of new movies and TV shows to watch this weekend on Netflix, Apple TV and more of the best streaming services. In between the hoops action when you watch March Madness for free, you might be looking for something to fill the gaps (or calm your nerves between games).

On the TV side, there’s a mix of big returns and intriguing newcomers. “For All Mankind” season 5 continues its alt-history explorations, while “Daredevil: Born Again” season 2 keeps the gritty momentum going. The ominously titled new miniseries “Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen” arrives to stir up unease.

If you’re in more of a movie mood, “Pretty Lethal" and “Send Help” offer two very different flavors of high-stakes thrills. Whether you’re toggling between games or need a break from the brackets, there’s no shortage of options. Here's our guide on what to watch this weekend.
