AEW Revolution 2026 preview

With a stacked card, AEW returns to Los Angeles' Crypto.Com Arena - the home of last year's Revolution - for AEW Revolution 2026

Much like 'Hangman' Adam Page was in the main event of Revolution 2025, he again finds himself in that spot this time out, though here he's challenging for the AEW World Championship rather than defending that title. Across the ring from Page is MJF, currently in his second reign as the AEW World Champion, as the two go to battle in a hotly anticipated Texas Death Match. Adding an extra level of intrigue, Hanger will never be able to challenge for the AEW World Title again in his career should he come up short at Revolution.

AEW Women's Champion Thekla gets a first PPV defense of that prize, with former champ Kris Statlander getting her rematch against the Toxic Spider. Not just is this any match, though, for the bout will be contested as a best two-out-of-three-falls match.

In the other AEW Revolution 2026 title matches, FTR defend the AEW Tag Team Championships against long-time rivals, The Young Bucks; AEW Women's Champions Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron look to hold onto the gold against Megan Bayne and Lena Kross; Jon Moxley puts the AEW Continental Championship up against Konosuke Takeshita; and Takeshita's Callis Family pals defend the AEW Trios Championships against the high-flying team of Mistico and JetSpeed.

Rounding out the main AEW Revolution card, 'Timeless' Toni Storm goes one-on-one against the Death Riders' Marina Shafir; Brody King and Swerve Strickland look to prove who the most dangerous man in AEW is; Bandido and Andrade El Idolo will lock up in a match that could easily steal the entire show; and the recently-arrived Dogs trio of David Finlay, Gabe Kidd, and Clark Connors take on Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, and Roddy Strong.

As it stands, the Zero Hour pre-show has two matches confirmed for it, both of which are title contests. For Willow Nightingale and Lena Kross, they'll be pulling double-duty at Revolution, as, in addition to that AEW Women's Tag Team Championships match, Willow will also defend her AEW TBS Championship against Kross on the Zero Hour. As for the other pre-show match, Ricochet puts his AEW National Championship on the line in a special 21-man Blackjack Battle Royal.

Given how AEW tends to operate for its PPVs, it could well be that another match or two is added to Revolution by the time bell time gets here. In fact, 'Big Boom!' A.J. has claimed he'll be in action at Revolution, though that remains to be seen.

What's the cheapest way to watch AEW Revolution 2026?

Annoyingly, the price of the AEW Revolution 2026 PPV varies according to where you are in the world. While wrestling fans in the U.S. can expect to pay $50, those in South Africa can enjoy it for half that sum – $25.

If you're a South African away from home and want to access your usual streaming service from anywhere, it's worth considering signing up to NordVPN.

What time does AEW Revolution 2026 start?

The main broadcast starts at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. GMT (Sunday) / 10 a.m. AEDT (Sunday). The Zero Hour pre-show begins on YouTube 90 minutes before the PPV start time.
