Does SharkNinja offer free delivery?
Yes, all SharkNinja orders worth £30 or more to the mainland UK qualify for free standard delivery, saving you on additional fees. Deliveries are made 7 days a week, and you'll be provided a 1-hour delivery window in which to expect your order. Orders under £30 incur a £3.50 shipping fee, calculated on a per-item basis and displayed at checkout.
Does SharkNinja price match?
Yes, SharkNinja has a price match scheme. If you have ordered a Shark or Ninja product, but you see it on sale for a lower price with one of a number of approved competitor sites, let the team know by emailing pricematchuk@sharkninja.com within 30 days after your purchase date, and you'll be refunded the price difference.
Products must be identical, in stock on the competitor website, and cannot include auction, supermarket or any sale or offer prices. Approved competitors include Amazon, Currys, Argos, John Lewis, AO, Very and Littlewoods.
What is the SharkNinja return policy?
You can send any items back to SharkNinja for a refund so long as you do so within 30 days of making your purchase. You will need to first notify them of your intention to return your order by emailing them at customerservice-uk@sharkninja.com. You will also need to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.

Sign up for texts: To stay updated on all things SharkNinja, simply provide your phone number when prompted on their website to receive SMS messages. You'll receive regular texts with news on new products and sales, plus the occasional exclusive discount you won't find anywhere else.
Newsletter Discount: Signing up for the newsletter is one of the easiest and most straightforward ways to save at SharkNinja, which will net you a 10 - 15% discount on your first order.
Get a student discount: If you're studying, you can get 9% off your SharkNinja product purchases when you verify with a valid UNiDAYs account. Simply sign in to your account to verify your status before you head to the checkout, then add your code to your order once you've received it for a saving.
Wait for sales: SharkNinja regularly runs sales throughout the year, with larger sales around key holidays such as Christmas and Black Friday, as well as a number of smaller promotional offers found all year round. These sales can offer as much as £150 off selected products, so keep an eye out for a chance to save on your favourite kitchen appliances.
Pick up a bundle deal: SharkNinja also sells a number of bundle deals, particularly on cookware such as pots and pans. These multisets often offer a significant discount on items when you buy them as a bundle versus the price of buying them separately, making them a great way to save money if you're stocking up for a new kitchen.

How we test voucher codes
Every voucher code on Tom’s Guide has been tested by our offers team, based in Cardiff, to make sure they work before we upload them. The codes on Tom’s Guide can be used for a wide range of savings, covering student discounts, free shipping deals, and site-wide or product-specific savings.
We want to make sure every voucher is ready to use whenever someone visits one of our pages, so we don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes. Each offer also includes as much information as we can find on its terms and conditions to keep things clear, and any applicable expiry dates will be listed next to the offer details. What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
Although we work hard to only include tried and tested vouchers on our pages, sometimes codes can expire or terms and conditions can be changed before we have a chance to update the code or our pages. If your discount isn’t being applied at the checkout, there are a number of things you can do.
First, check you meet any listed requirements such as multibuy offers, minimum spends, or product-specific deals. For example, you may need to buy 3 items to receive your discount, or your code may only be applicable to orders with certain models (i.e. 10% off specific smartphones). How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from vouchers on a commission basis. We have agreements with every retailer that has a vouchers page for, and for every order placed using one of our codes, we earn a portion of the order total back in commission from that retailer.
Using this model means all of our profits are paid for by the retailers we partner with, and we do not pass any costs on to our users. Using one of our vouchers will never cost you anything - you’ll only pay for the discounted products you’re looking to buy, so you can rest easy knowing you get exactly what it says on the tin.
