FAQs

Does Aosu have free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders at Aosu and usually processed within 1-2 days then delivered within 2-5 business days.

What is the Aosu return policy?

Aosu has a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything, which starts when you receive your order. Unless it is faulty, your order must be unused, in its original box, with everything that came with it. Sadly, return shipping is not free and must be paid for by you, the customer.

Do Aosu cameras have warranty?

Yes, Aosu products have 12-month warranty from the date of purchase whereby Aosu will replace the product or any faulty parts. You will need your order number or proof of purchase so keep a screenshot or your email receipt just in case. If you need to send back your order Aosu send a prepaid label.

What does aosuProtect+ add?

It stores your camera footage and events in the cloud for 14 days or 30 days, depending on your plan. It also adds AI-organised events, facial recognition and backup footage if a camera is broken. The basic plan is $4.99/month, and the Face ID version for doorbells is $8.99/month.

Aosu Saving Tips

Refer a Friend: After registering, you get a personal referral link. When someone purchases through your link, they receive a 15% off coupon valid for 30 days, while you earn cash rewards. The rewards increase with the number of referrals and the value of their orders; for example, $5 for orders under $200, an additional $10 at $200, and another $10 for every additional $100.

Bundle & Save: AOSU’s Bundle Deals offer Starter Kits, Outdoor Packages and Full-Home Packages. These bundles combine products such as solar cameras, video doorbells, floodlight cameras and indoor cameras at a lower price than buying each item separately.

Spend More, Save More: AOSU’s sale page often features tiered discount codes, giving you bigger savings as your order total increases. This is useful if you’re buying multiple cameras or upgrading your entire home security system.

Choose Local Storage: You don’t need a subscription for live viewing, two-way talk, basic motion alerts, custom activity zones or local recording. AOSUBase 2.0 systems include 32GB of built-in storage, which you can expand to 1TB, more than enough for most households.

Shop the Sale: AOSU runs sales throughout the year, with especially big discounts during seasonal events such as Black Friday, Labor Day and Christmas. For example, its Fall Sale offers up to 65% off, while weekly flash sales can offer up to 60% off.

Sign Up for the Newsletter: Joining AOSU’s newsletter is another easy way to save. Subscribers may receive exclusive promo codes, deals and sale updates that are only available to members.

How we source coupon codes

The coupons you’ll find on Tom’s Guide have been sourced by our dedicated coupons team, who use the web, our relationships with retailers, & our affiliate networks to find the latest codes. The offers on each coupon page are updated every few days to ensure we feature the freshest ways to save, and our commercial team (based in London) also sources exclusive codes and sales info directly from some of the biggest retailers around.

How we test coupon codes

All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to check they work as intended before they’re uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.

To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. Look for the ‘Terms & Conditions’ text - you’ll be able to click this to expand this section for more details.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work

We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.

Should a coupon fail to work as expected, check you meet any listed requirements. These can include minimum spends, multibuy offers, or product-specific promotions (i.e. 10% off selected tablets). You can view all associated requirements by clicking “View terms and conditions” below your code.

If this does not solve your issue, you can contact our customer service team by emailing coupons.tomsguide@futurenet.com. Make sure to let us know which coupon you were trying to use and which page this was listed on, and we’ll be in touch to help as soon as possible.

How we make money

Tom’s Guide makes money from coupons through a commission-based model. We have agreements in place with each retailer on our site - for every purchase made using one of our coupons or deals, we earn a small percentage of the order total back in commission.

Thanks to this model, we can save our customers money without charging them a thing. You won’t pay a penny to get the discounts listed on our pages, so whichever code or deal you choose, you’ll get exactly what it says on the tin.
