Does Mowrator offer free shipping?
Yes! Mowrator offers free standard shipping to the United States and Canada for all Mowrator S1 series mowers and accessories. They ship via FedEx or UPS and generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
What is the return policy?
Mowrator offers 30-day returns from the date of delivery. However, You must submit a video proving the machine's condition and two photos showing the cleaned internal and sealed external packaging before they will issue a return label. Mowrator charges a hefty $200 flat fee plus a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted directly from your refund so make sure you want your Mowrator before ordering.
What is the Mowrator warranty?
Mowrator offers a 2-year warranty on its mowers. This applies to all three critical components: the main machine body, the remote control, and the LiFePO4 battery. Add-ons and attachments have different coverage. For example, the Snow Plough Kit has a 1-year warranty, while consumable parts such as snow chains are covered for only 30 days.
Is the Mowrator S1 full-auto like a robot vacuum?
No, the Mowrator S1 is not an auto-mowing robot lawnmower. You do not map your yard with GPS or lay down perimeter boundary wires, etc. Instead, it is a remote-controlled lawnmower which you pilot using a handheld controller, like an RC car. It does feature "one-key straight" cruising and auto-turning to make long passes easier, but it requires a human operator at all times.
