Does VEVOR offer free shipping?
Yes, most products VEVOR sells include free standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous US, which should arrive within 3 - 8 working days. There are extra fees for orders to Alaska and Hawaii starting from $70, and you will also be charged additional fees for particularly heavy or bulky orders to the contiguous US. Any applicable fees will be displayed at the checkout before you order.
How does the VEVOR Members program work?
VEVOR's Members Program lets shoppers start earning points on their purchases, as well as get exclusive discounts on orders. You'll be automatically enrolled when you place your first order, and will start earning 2% of your order back in points with every purchase. This rate then rises to 3% after your second order, 4% after your third, and 5% after your eight. Save up your points for discounts on future orders, with every 100 points worth $1 off (up to 5% off any one order).
What is the VEVOR return policy?
If you're not 100% happy with your products, VEVOR gives 30 days from the date of your purchase to return them to the retailer. However, returns are only offered free if your items are faulty (unless you are part of the VEVOR Member or Pro Member program, in which case you may be able to send some items back free as part of the brand's "worry-free" returns perk). Return shipping fees will vary depending on your items and address. To start a return, simply get in touch with the brand's customer service team with details of your order.

You can find a wide range of deals on items across the VEVOR range by shopping during sales periods like Black Friday, Labor Day, President's Day and more. The brand's holiday sales can discount stock by as much as 50%, although you'll still find deals available all-year round. VEVOR also has a clearance section, where you'll find older items the brand wants to sell the last of available to buy at discount prices. Products featured here can be up to 50% off versus the usual prices, but you should make the most of deals sooner rather than later - once the stock is gone, the deals won't be coming back.
Buy bulk and save
There are plenty of items across the VEVOR range available to buy in bulk for a discount, helping you save money in the long run if you're in need of multiples of the same product. You'll find the likes of tape, blinds, brushes, and more handy tools or supplies available to bulk buy for 10% off.
Get a Pro discount
If you're buying for business, you can make the most of VEVOR's Pro Business Members' program to get discounts on your orders that increase the more you spend that year, plus additional perks like dedicated customer service, worry-free refunds, extra business tools, and exclusive members discounts.
Sign up to the program and you'll start on a 2% discount on your orders, rising every time you reach a new minimum spend total for that year (e.g. rises to 3% once you've spent $500, then again to 5% once you've spent $1500). You can save up to 15% by reaching the highest tier ($500,000 spend in a year), plus this tier also confers members-only savings of up to 30% off selected products across the brand's range.

To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
