What shipping options does Pit Boss offer?
Pit Boss ships to all 48 contiguous US states, with orders sent via FedEx, USPS or another carriers and arriving within 12 - 19 working days. Shipping is not free on grills, griddles and smokers due to the weight and size. Instead fees are worked out on a per-item basis at the checkout. The brand does offer some items with free shipping, but these largely include its branded apparel rather than grilling equipment.
Is there a Pit Boss app?
Yes, the Pit Boss app is free to download for iOS and Android through the Apple App and Google Play store, and is a must-have if you're using one of the brand's smart grills. Through the app, users can get real-time temperature and probe readings, plus you can access recipes and support from the brand whichever kind of grill you have. As well as handy info and features, the app also provides exclusive app-only offers, helping you save a little extra on purchases if you're a return customer.
Does Pit Boss accept returns?
Items can be sent back to Pit Boss within 60 days of the date of your purchase, with a refund provided so long as they are sent back unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. However, you'll generally be expected to arrange and pay for your own returns shipping (unless your item is defective and you're claiming under the warranty).

To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
