Does TWOPAGES offer free shipping?
You can get free shipping on orders above $300, so long as they are shipping to the contiguous USA. Orders outside the contiguous US will incure a remote area surcharge of between $35 – $60, whilst orders under $200 will incur shipping fees depending on how much you spend.
For example, orders under $200 incur a $23 fee, but spend over $200 and this drops to $17.99. Delivery times vary depending on the items you're ordering, with estimates shown at the checkout. If you'd like to receive your goods faster, you can pay $129 for express shipping.
Can I get a TWOPAGES military discount?
Yes, TWOPAGES offers savings of up to 26% off to members of the US military and veterans, as well as healthcare workers (including doctors, nurses and administrative staff), teachers, government employees, and first responders (including police, firefighters, and EMT). You can also redeem this offer if you're a senior citizen (over the age of 60). To receive your discount, make sure to confirm your eligibility by signing in to Verify Pass before you head to the checkout.
How does TWOPAGES rewards work?
Customers can join the TWOPAGES rewards program for free to earn extra on their purchases. As a member, you'll start earning 1 point for every $1 you spend. Every 50 points is worth $1 off at the checkout, with points redeemable at set intervals (e.g. 500 points for $10 off, 1500 points for $30 off, 2500 points for $50 off, and finally 5000 points for $100 off).
The rewards program has three tiers which you'll move through the more points you earn. Starting with Bronze, you'll gain access to exclusive members activities and offers, plus 100 points on your birthday and a 500-point welcome bonus. Reach 2,500 points and you'll hit to Silver, when you'll be awarded a $20 coupon. Finally, once you've earned 5,000 points, you'll reach Gold, when you'll start earning 2 points for every $1 spent.
It's not just purchases that let you earn points, either: you can also earn by interacting with the brand on social media. For example, you can get 100 points for every TWOPAGES post you share on Facebook, plus 100 points for following the brand on Instagram, so don't be shy about sharing your love online if you want to net some extra bonuses.
What is the TWOPAGES returns policy?
Although customers can request to send items back to TWOPAGES if they believe there is an error, many of the brand's products are custom or made-to-order, and therefore are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, the brand does not offer returns simply because you've changed your mind, and instead encourages you to order fabric samples before ordering to ensure you choose the right product for you.
If there is an issue with your item and you need to return it, you will need to arrange and pay for the cost of your own returns shipping, and a 20% handling and repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund total, with further deductions made if your item is not sent back unused, in brand-new condition, and with original tags and packaging.

Wait for the seasonal sales
Like many retailers, TWOPAGES tends to discount its range around key holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Labor Day and Memorial Day, plus you'll see price drops at the start of spring and around the brand's anniversary in March.
