Does Solo Stove offer free shipping?
You can get free shipping on your order if you're having it sent to an address within the contiguous USA and your order is worth $199 or more. Orders should arrive within 4 - 6 working days, and any fees for orders below $199 will be worked out on and order-by-order basis and displayed at the checkout before you confirm.
Is there a Solo Stove military discount?
Yes, Solo Stove offers $20 off orders over $100 to currently active members of the US military, as well retirees and veterans, when they verify their status. The brand partners with VerifyPass to check eligibility - just provide some details and your status will be verified within a few minutes, then you'll be sent a code to use at the checkout.
Does Solo Stove offer a healthcare discount?
Alongside its military discount, Solo Stove also offers savings to healthcare workers (doctors, nurses and medical staff), as well as first responders (police, fire workers and emergency services staff), government employees, and teachers. If you work in any of these professions, just provide details and verify through VerifyPass to get a code for $15 off your next order over $100.
What is the Solo Stove returns policy?
Should you decide you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you can send it back to Solo Stove with free returns shipping. Items will need to be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total.
If you send your order back within 30 days, your refund will be credited to your payment method. For items returned after this point (i.e. between 31 - 90 days from the date of your purchase), refunds will be provided as store credit only . Note that the 15% restocking fee still applies in either case.

What to do if my coupon code doesn’t work
