Does Birdfy have free shipping?
Yes! Birdfy offers free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States and arrives within 3-7 business days.
What is Birdfy's return policy?
Birdfy accepts returns from 30 days after receipt and must be in its original packaging with all accessories and any free gifts and with the QR code and serial number intact. Returns are not free and you must pay for shipping unless the item is faulty.
Do I need a subscription at Birdfy?
Nope! Live video and alerts are available for free and keeps clips in the cloud for 30-days. Clips are up to 20 seconds and includes 5GB of storage and even 10 AI powered bird IDs per day.

Welcome Discount: By making a Birdfy account you get a nice 8% discount code off your first order, and the best part is, the code can be stacked on sale items!
Trade-Ins: Existing owners of Birdfy feeders and birdbaths can trade in their older models to get a coupon to save towards a newer model, the discount you get is bigger the longer your a customer too!
Earn Rewards: The rewards program is free to join and you earn 1 coin per $1 spent, plus coins for following Birdfy on Social Media, writing reviews and your birthday. Coins can then be traded for coupons to get money off your next order.
Refer a Friend: If you know someone who loves birds too, or saw your Birdfy birdhouse and loved it, you can refer them and get $10 for doing so, plus your friend will also get $10 off their first order!
Bundle and Save: Birdfy quite often has deals where if you buy multiple items, you get money off. For example, at the time of writing, Birdfy are offering $50 off a smart bird bath when you buy a bird feeder.
How to use a Birdfy Promo Code
- Check our list of Birdfy coupons and click on the offer you want to use.
- Copy the code for later and head to the Birdfy website.
- Add the items you wish to order to your basket, then click on your shopping cart when you're ready.
- Find a button called "Discount code" on the right hand side on the pop out page.
- Paste your Birdfy promo code into this field, click Apply, and your discount will be applied to your order total.

The coupons you’ll find on Tom’s Guide have been sourced by our dedicated coupons team, who use the web, our relationships with retailers, & our affiliate networks to find the latest codes. The offers on each coupon page are updated every few days to ensure we feature the freshest ways to save, and our commercial team (based in London) also sources exclusive codes and sales info directly from some of the biggest retailers around.
How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to check they work as intended before they’ve been uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
Should a coupon fail to work as expected, check you meet any listed requirements. These can include minimum spends, multibuy offers, or product-specific promotions (i.e. 10% off selected tablets). You can view all associated requirements by clicking “View terms and conditions” below your code.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from coupons through a commission-based model. We have agreements in place with each retailer on our site - for every purchase made using one of our coupons or deals, we earn a small percentage of the order total back in commission.
Thanks to this model, we can save our customers money without charging them a thing. You won’t pay a penny to get the discounts listed on our pages, so whichever code or deal you choose, you’ll get exactly what it says on the tin.
