Does Blackstone have free shipping?
Yes, Blackstone does offer free shipping on accessories, such as spatulas, covers and seasoning tubs on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a $9.99 shipping fee.
Because of the size and weight of Blackstone griddles they rarely have free delivery and shipping fees range from $99 to $199, depending on the size of the griddle and your state.
Does Blackstone make a griddle and grill combo?
Yes! Blackstone makes combination griddles like the Tailgater Combo, which features two independently adjustable burners and the griddle plus grill and the Blackstone 22" XL Griddle Pellet Grill Combo, which gives you a 22-inch flat-top griddle on one side, and a wood-pellet grill/smoker on the other side.
Do Blackstones come pre seasoned?
The vast majority of standard Blackstone outdoor griddles come completely unseasoned. Straight out of the box, the silver steel plate is coated in a food-safe soy oil to prevent it from rusting during shipping.
However, Blackstone does sell tubs of griddle seasoning and cast-iron conditioner. This is a blend of palm oil, shortening, beeswax, canola and soy oils that helps maintain your griddle top and prevents sticking and rust, which, after smoking off, gives your griddle top that black cast iron finish.
Are Blackstones cast iron?
Standard Blackstone griddles are not made of cast iron, they are instead made of cold-rolled steel which behaves similar to cast iron and requires the same care but its more durable, especially with griddles that will be used outdoors.
Does Blackstone make an electric grill?
Yes, Blackstone does make electric models, though they are electric griddles. not grills. They're called the Blackstone E-Series and are designed for indoor use or balconies with strict fire codes.
Do Blackstones come with propane hose?
That depends on the size of the griddle you are purchasing.
All full-sized, freestanding Blackstone griddles come with a standard hose and regulator pre-attached so that you can hook up a standard 20-lb propane tank.
Tabletop griddles, such as the 17" and 22" models, do not come with a hose for a standard 20-lb propane tank; they come with a small, rigid metal regulator that screws into a 1-lb disposable propane canister used in camping.

Avoid Blackstone's Shipping Fees: Blackstone often charges between $99 and $199 in heavy freight shipping for full-sized units. If you buy the same model through major retailers like Walmart, Lowe's or Home Depot, you can save on your shipping costs. These huge retailers have their own supply chains and almost always offer free standard shipping or free in-store pickup for the heaviest griddles.
Walmart Adventure Ready Exclusives: Walmart has an exclusive partnership with Blackstone for a line of griddles called Adventure Ready that often include essential accessories built into the price that you would normally have to pay extra for. For example, their 22-inch and 28-inch Adventure Ready models frequently come bundled with a heavy-duty folding stand and a hard-shell hood.
