Yes, TIKI Brand offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50, which takes between 5 and 10 business days. For orders under the $50 threshold, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout and vary by state.
Do Tiki torches help with mosquitoes?
The regular Tiki torches don't really help much with mosquitoes; however, TIKI Brand have the BiteFighter line, which is specifically designed as a mosquito repellent special fuel.
Is there a warranty on TIKI fire pits?
Yes! All TIKI Brand Fire Pits come with a 2-year limited warranty. This covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential backyard use. Note, this doesn't cover normal wear and tear or general misuse.
What is the TIKI Brand return policy?
TIKI Brand offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, you must contact their customer support team and provide your proof of purchase.
