Does QVC offer free shipping?
QVC does not offer free shipping as standard or when you reach a threshold. QVC calculates its standard shipping and handling fees based on the size and weight of each item.
However, QVC does offer sitewide "free shipping days" roughly once a month, so if you're okay to wait, shopping during these days is a good idea.
What is QVC's return policy?
QVC offers a standard 30-day return policy for most items from the date you received the package. However, QVC will deduct your original shipping and handling charges, as well as the cost of the prepaid Q Return Label used to mail it back.
What is QVC Easy Pay?
Easy Pay is QVC's instalment program that allows you to split the cost of an item into manageable monthly payments similar to Klarna and ClearPay. It isn't a credit card or a loan, so there are no interest charges or hidden fees.
Does QVC price match?
No, QVC does not price match other stores such as Amazon, Target, or Walmart. However, they do have a 30-Day Price Drop Guarantee for their own products. Which means if you buy an item from QVC and they lower the price within 30 days of your order, you can contact customer service to request a refund for the difference.
QVC Saving Tips
New Customer Codes: If you have never shopped at QVC before, do not check out until you have checked here or the QVC homepage banners for a welcome code. We've seen new customer codes for $20 off any first purchase of $40 or more. If there's a live new customer code, it's a no-brainer.
Second-Purchase Code: Think new customer codes are great? Well, QVC is one of the few retailers that actually give promo codes for your second order, not just your first. Once you have made your first purchase, you can use a promo code to get $10 off your second purchase of $25 or more. However, it is strictly a single-use code per account, and you can only use it on your second purchase.
Shop Today's Special Value: TSV is home to QVC's biggest sales. Every day at midnight, QVC chooses a single item from big brands like Dyson, Shark, Bose, or Skechers and discounts it for only 24 hours. Because these items are bought in massive bulk by QVC, they are often better value than major competitors like Amazon or Walmart.
Lunchtime Specials: If you are shopping during midday, QVC has online-only Lunchtime Specials every single day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. These are flash-sale discounts on a rotating range of products. Once the five-hour window closes, the discounts disappear.
Shop the As Is Section: The standard clearance section is great; there is a hidden gem on QVC.com called the "As Is" category. These are customer returns and open-box items that have been inspected, tested, and repackaged by QVC. They are sold at a fraction of their original price, and the best part is that they are still fully covered by QVC's standard 30-day money-back return policy.
Seasonal Clearance Sales: During busy sales periods such as Spring, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Labor Day and mid-year, you can get huge discounts at QVC with discounts of up to 60% off loads of tech, homeware and fashion.
How to use a QVC coupon code
- Choose one of our QVC coupons you'd like to use and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
- Copy the code for later, then head to the QVC website to start shopping.
- After adding an item(s) to your shopping cart, proceed to the view shopping cart page.
- Below the order summary (located on the right), you'll see a box labeled Enter Promo Code.
- Paste your coupon, click on the "Apply" button, and your discount will be immediately shown.
- Proceed through the rest of the checkout as normal to place your order.

The offers on each coupon page are updated every few days to ensure we feature the freshest ways to save, and our commercial team (based in London) also sources exclusive codes and sales info directly from some of the biggest retailers around.
How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to check they work as intended before they’ve been uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
