My favourite Android flagship just got 25% knocked off its price — Samsung's now selling the Galaxy S25 Ultra from just AU$1,612

Bargain shoppers, peep this: Samsung's latest 48-hour ‘Secret Sale’ is happening now, and there are some incredible deals to be had for Aussies, including a massive discount on my favourite phone of the year, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which has hit its lowest price ever.

Right now, you can nab Samsung's current flagship device from just ~~AU$2,149~~ AU$1,611.75 for the 256GB variant — that's a saving of AU$537.25 on the RRP. Alternatively, you can save a massive AU$687.25 if you opt for the 1TB storage option, bringing its price down to ~~AU$2,749~~ AU$2,061.75 — cheaper the RRP of the 256GB model!

Of course, you’ll need to get a wriggle on if you want to take advantage of this astonishing price drop, as Samsung’s Secret Sale will end at 11am AEST on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is one of the most powerful handsets in the world. In terms of gaming performance, it's second only to the Asus ROG Phone 9 Pro, and even manages to outperform the iPhone 16 Pro in some benchmarks.

I've found that it also offers the best battery life of any Samsung flagship, lasting about 30 minutes longer than the S24 Ultra. It also boasts an upgraded 50MP ultra-wide camera, and access to advanced Galaxy AI features.

Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend the S25 Ultra, as it's my current daily driver. And at this price, I think it's well worth picking up if you're in the market for a powerful new flagship device.

It's also worth mentioning that it's not the only Samsung product on sale right now, with big discounts on older handsets and also current smartwatches, like the Galaxy Watch Ultra, which has been slashed by 35%.
