Want massive data? This brilliant Exetel mobile deal gets you 260GB for only AU$40 on your first six recharges
Even without the double data offer, this plan delivers great value
It's the start of a new year, so why not celebrate by rewarding yourself with stacks of data at an alarmingly low price? Exetel’s Plus One prepaid eSIM plan is providing exactly that, offering new and upgrading residential customers double data on their first six recharges.
Exetel’s Plus One plan was already terrific value, offering 130GB of data for just AU$40 per recharge. Add an extra 130GB on top — taking the total to 260GB — and it turns into an outright steal.
To put its immense value into perspective, that works out to just AU$0.15 per GB, which is the cheapest per GB rate I've seen from any telco lately. And once that introductory period has ended, you're still only paying AU$0.30 per GB, which is still a bargain.
Exetel Plus One Plan | 130GB + 130GB bonus data (first 6 recharges) | AU$40 per 30-day renewal
Exetel’s Plus One prepaid eSIM is offering an unusually generous deal, doubling its already strong 130GB-for-AU$40 recharge to 260GB for your first six recharges and delivering data at just AU$0.15 per GB — the cheapest rate around. Even after the intro period, the cost stays low, and no long‑expiry plan comes close to matching the sheer volume on offer.
Total minimum cost is AU$40 (30 days) | Total cost for first year: AU$480
Long‑expiry plans are often seen as the gold standard for value, but none I’ve come across deliver anywhere near this amount of data. Even with Exetel’s Plus One plan limiting its double‑data perk to your first six recharges, you still walk away with 2,340GB in your first year for just AU$480.
In terms of other plan inclusions, you get 5G access on Telstra's Wholesale Network (speeds capped at 150Mbps), unlimited standard calls and texts within Australia and to 15 select countries, and a 1000GB data bank.
Awesome deal, right? Of course, you won't want to wait too long to jump on it, because orders for this offer must be placed before February 3, 2026 and activated by February 17, 2026.
