I've been using this robot vacuum and mop combo unit for a couple of months now, and I have no complaints.
It handles all the cleaning on the main floor of my home, which is approximately 1,000 square feet of mixed materials (a little carpet, a lot of laminate, and some hardwood). It's smart enough to switch between different floors without any interventions required on my part too.
Everything from mapping your home to setting up a daily cleaning schedule is easy to do with the Ecovacs app. Once you have the initial setup taken care of, you just need to worry about basic maintenance like keeping the unit itself free of gunk and making sure the clean and dirty water bins are full and empty, respectively.
Most importantly, the robot passes my girlfriend's tough standards for cleaning. She always said a robot vacuum was only good for filling in the space between big human cleanings, but since we've had the Deebot X9 Pro Omni in our home, we've hardly had to clean the floors ourselves, which basically buys us more time to do the things we enjoy (you may have to get under kitchen cabinets every now and then, but the extending side brush gets most of that stuff, too).

And a lot of those don't do nearly as good of a job.
