'Tis the season for cozy vibes, so it's the perfect time to settle in with new TV shows premiering on Netflix and Prime Video. This week's lineup is short, but it features two of the biggest shows on streaming services.

“Fallout” season 2 returns with more Wasteland action as Lucy, the Ghoul and Maximus head to New Vegas. Meanwhile, “Emily in Paris” season 5 sees Emily settling into a new life, new role and new romance in Rome.

And if you’re hungry for some playful competition, “Culinary Class Wars” season 2 is back with mouthwatering challenges and deliciously dramatic rivalries. Here's our guide on the top new TV shows to check out this week.

Winter isn't coming; it's here. I'll be buried under blankets while binge-watching "Emily in Paris" (I know, I know) and checking out the "Fallout" premiere. And of course, tuning into the penultimate episode of "Pluribus."

The second season of this unexpected hit cooking show looks ready to sizzle. The White Spoon elites — Michelin stars, culinary icons, and seasoned masters — arrive expecting to hold their ground. But the Black Spoon challengers roll in with swagger and nicknames like “Three Star Killer” and “Wok Rider.”

New rules, blind tastings and the surprise comeback of two masked chefs hungry for redemption only crank up the heat. With egos on high heat, reputations are on the line and so is the $300 million won prize.

“Fallout” season 2 storms right back into the wasteland, picking up where things blew apart last time, with Lucy (Ella Purnell), The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) and Maximus (Aaron Moten) cutting through the Mojave on their way to New Vegas, a place that still sparkles, just not in any way that suggests safety.

The city’s crawling with factions, hustlers and people who know far more about Vault-Tec’s past than they probably should. Maximus is suddenly in over his head with the Brotherhood, Lucy’s chasing the truth about her father, and the Ghoul prowls through the desert like he owns it.

Episode 1 premieres Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 3 a.m. ET on Prime Video

‘Emily in Paris’ season 5

In season 5 of the rom-com hit, Emily Cooper (Lily Collins) has swapped Parisian rooftops for Roman piazzas. Now running Agence Grateau Rome, she’s juggling ambitious campaigns, a romance with the ever-charming Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) and a secret that could upend one of her closest friendships.

Meanwhile, back in Paris, Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) finally wakes up to what he’s lost, but can he win her back? Expect heartbreak, unhinged fashion and plenty of pasta as Emily leans into la dolce vita with flair. New city, same drama, endless style.

All 10 episodes premiere Thursday, Dec. 18 at 3 a.m. ET on Netflix
