Does Hilo offer free shipping?
Yes! Hilo has free shipping on all Hilo Core orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery times vary depending on state and order date.
Is Hilo FSA or HSA eligible?
Yes, Hilo states that Core is pre-approved for HSA and FSA eligibility in the US which means many buyers can pay with pre-tax healthcare dollars.
What is Hilo's return policy?
If you, for some reason, decide you don't want your Hilo device, Hilo gives you a 15-day return window from when you receive your order. Returns are also free.
Do I need a membership?
When your membership ends, you get 30-days of limited access showing only your last 24 hours of data, after which new blood pressure measurements and insights stop. Your device then still works for one-off readings but for the majority of features you need a subscription.

Pay with USA or FSA funds: Hilo Core is pre-approved for HSA and FSA eligibility, so if you have health savings or a flexible spending account, you can cover the first year with pre-tax dollars. Just keep your receipt and double-check with your plan administrator.
Refer a Friend: If someone you already know uses Hilo, ask for their link before you buy. Once registered, you will get 20% off your order, which is applied at checkout, and your friend will get rewarded for referring you.
Use the Reports: You're paying for doctor-ready reports, Time in Target Range insights, medication and note tracking, all with Apple Health Sync and Health Connect. Downloading a summary before an appointment is one of the ways Hilo supports our work. If you are not using it, it is the most expensive feature you have paid for.

How to use a Hilo Promo Code
- Select the Hilo promo code you want to use and click 'Get Code'.
- Copy the code to your clipboard for later and head over to the Hilo website.
- Add the items you want to buy to your basket.
- When you've finished shopping, click on your basket to head to the checkout.
- On the right-hand side of the screen above the total, there is a box labelled "Discount Code" Paste your code in the box.
- Click the "Apply" button, and your order total should change to reflect your savings.

How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to ensure they work as intended before being uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from coupons through a commission-based model. We have agreements in place with each retailer on our site - for every purchase made using one of our coupons or deals, we earn a small percentage of the order total back in commission.
