Delivery and returns
Factor ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. Standard delivery costs a flat fee of $10.99 per box, which is added to the total balance at checkout. Delivery days generally fall on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday depending on your zip code, and the company sends tracking information once the box departs their preparation facility.
Because shipments contain perishable items, Factor does not accept returns on any meal boxes. If a box arrives damaged, has missing contents, or does not arrive, customers must contact the support team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date to request a refund or an account credit.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Factor website, navigating to Settings, selecting Plan Settings, and clicking Deactivate Plan. You must complete this before the weekly cutoff on Wednesday at 11:59 PM CT to avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery.
Are Factor meals frozen?
No, Factor meals are never frozen. They are prepared fresh and shipped in insulated boxes with cold gel packs to keep them at refrigerated temperatures during transit.
How long do Factor meals last in the fridge?
Factor meals generally remain fresh in your refrigerator for up to 7 days after delivery. Each individual meal container has a use-by date printed on the cardboard sleeve.
Does Factor offer a student discount?
Yes, Factor offers a student discount through ID.me. Once you verify your student enrollment status, you will receive a discount on your first box and smaller discounts on subsequent boxes.
How do you heat Factor meals?
Factor meals are fully cooked and only require reheating. You can heat them in the microwave for two or three minutes, or in a conventional oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for five to seven minutes after transferring the food to an oven-safe dish.
