Does Puckipuppy offer free shipping?
Yes! All Puckipuppy e-bikes have free shipping within the contiguous 48 United States, and are processed within 48 hours and sent via FedEx which takes between 2-7 business days. Puckipuppy doesn't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas US territories.
What is Puckipuppy's return policy?
You can request a return from Puckipuppy within 15 days of delivery. However, all returns need approval and buyers cover the shipping costs of around $300 plus a 5% processing fee even on unused and unopened items. Opened and unused e-bikes have an extra 20% warehouse handling fee with less than 20-miles on the odometer, and if you lose the original box there is a $500 repackaging charge.
So make sure you really want or need your bike from Puckipuppy before ordering, as returns can be pricey.
Do Puckipuppy e-bikes have warranty?
Yes, Puckipuppy e-bikess have a 2-year warranty and Puckipuppy sells optional extended plans. The standard warranty isn't transferable if you're buying second-hand from another person.
Does Puckipuppy offer military discount?
Yes! As a thank you for their service, Puckipuppy offers exclusive pricing to military, first responders, medical staff and teachers through ID.me.
Puckipuppy Saving Tips
Join Puckipuppy Points: Puckipuppy has a free membership program, where you can earn points for purchases and interacting with the Puckipuppy brand such as following on social media, you also get points just for joining!
Flash Sales: Puckipuppy runs limited time flash sales with countdown timers on the site. These deals rotate really quickly, so if a flash sale has the offer you want, that's the moment to buy instead of waiting for it to get better.
Free Gift Promotions: Puckipuppy frequently bundles free hardware in with its bikes with recent promotions including a spare battery worth around $500 when bought separately
Clearance Page: Puckipuppy has a seperate clearance section hidden in the footer of the main page for discontinued and outgoing models, where prices drop more than everyday sales. Stock is whatever is left so popular bikes and sizes disappear fast so make sure you're checking here first.
Refer-a-Friend: Puckipuppy's refer-a-friend scheme gives new customers an $80 discount on their first bike and pays the referrer 10% max commission, if you already have a friend that has a Puckipuppy e-bike, or you have one and know a friend who wants one, this is a no-brainer.
Newsletters: Puckipuppy sometimes sends big sales and promotions exclusively to newsletter and SMS subscribers, especially around Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and new subscribers are often given a welcome discount on their bikes, so its worth signing up, its easy and free.
How to use a Puckipuppy discount code
- Select the Puckipuppy promo code you want to use and click 'Get Code'.
- Copy the code to your clipboard for later and head over to the Puckipuppy website.
- Add the bike you want to buy to your basket.
- Click on the basket icon in the top right of the page.
- Your basket will open on the right side of the screen. Scroll down to the total, and above it you will see a box labelled "discount code"
- Paste your code in the box and click Apply, and your order total should change to reflect your savings.
How we source coupon codes
The coupons you’ll find on Tom’s Guide have been sourced by our dedicated coupons team, who use the web, our relationships with retailers, & our affiliate networks to find the latest codes. The offers on each coupon page are updated every few days to ensure we feature the freshest ways to save, and our commercial team (based in London) also sources exclusive codes and sales info directly from some of the biggest retailers around.
How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to ensure they work as intended before being uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
Should a coupon fail to work as expected, check you meet any listed requirements. These can include minimum spends, multibuy offers, or product-specific promotions (i.e. 10% off selected tablets). You can view all associated requirements by clicking “View terms and conditions” below your code.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from coupons through a commission-based model. We have agreements in place with each retailer on our site - for every purchase made using one of our coupons or deals, we earn a small percentage of the order total back in commission.
