Does Looki offer free shipping?
Sadly no, shipping is not free and is calculated at checkout, with the amount varying depending on your address and state. Return shipping however, is free.
Does the Looki L1 need a subscription?
The camera itself is a one-time purchase and comes with the Looki Life+ Essential plan, which costs nothing and includes all core features, 100GB of cloud storage and the text-based AI chat. However, Lifelog Moments, Auto-Cut and other AI features are limited to three days per month on the free plan.
The Paid Prime and Infinity tiers are required for unrestricted AI usage.
What is included in the Looki Life+ Essential Plan?
Quite alot for a free tier, Essential covers all core lifelogging camera functions including Story Mode, photos, video and audio recording. You also get 100GB of cloud storage and text based AI chat that remembers recorded content. You also get access to AI Life Story features 3-days a month which includes daily vlog and AI cut features.
Is the Looki L1 always recording?
No, Looki states the L1 is not an always-on recording devices and captures video and audio only when you activate it, with a light indicating when it's active.
What is the Looki Return Policy?
Looki has a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy with free returns, which means you can test the L1 and return if it doesn't suit you rather than take a gamble.

How to use a Looki Promo Code
- Select the Looki promo code you want to use and click 'Get Code'.
- Copy the code to your clipboard for later and head over to the Looki website.
- Add the items you want to buy to your basket.
- When you've finished shopping, click on your basket to head to the checkout.
- On the right-hand side of the screen above the total, there is a drop-down button labelled 'discount'
- Click it, and a box labelled "Discount Code" will appear. Paste your code in this box.
- Click the "Apply" button, and your order total should change to reflect your savings.

The offers on each coupon page are updated every few days to ensure we feature the freshest ways to save, and our commercial team (based in London) also sources exclusive codes and sales info directly from some of the biggest retailers around.
How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to ensure they work as intended before being uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work

How we make money
