Des Zwift Cog work with Rouvy?
Yes! The Zwift Cog works with Rouvy, which now fully supports virtual shifting using Zwift's hardware, such as the Zwift Cog, Zwift Click, and Zwift Ride smart frames.
To make it work, you need a smart trainer compatible with virtual shifting, such as the Wahoo KICKR CORE, the Zwift Click or Ride controllers, and the Rouvy app updated to at least version 4.3.5.
Is Zwift worth it?
Whether or not Zwift is worth it depends on you and how much you think gamifying cycling and the community will help your fitness goals. In addition to the game-style exercise, Zwift has thousands of built-in workouts and flexible, multi-week training plans designed by professional coaches, which adds massive value, especially during the Winter and rainy months where outdoor cycling is more difficult to fit in.
Does Zwift have a free version?
No, Zwift does not currently offer a permanent free version or a free tier for cyclists, but it does have a free 14-day trial. This gives you unlimited access to explore the maps, try group rides, and test your setup before you are charged.
Is zwift running free?
Yes! While cyclists have to pay, Zwift Running is completely free. So if you have a Bluetooth-enabled treadmill, a foot pod, or connected running shoes, you can create an account and run through Watopia alongside the cyclists without a subscription.
How much is a Zwift membership?
A Zwift membership currently costs $19.99 per month or $199.99 for an annual subscription.

14-Day Free Trial: If you are a new user, then you can get a 14-day free trial if you sign up for the monthly membership tier. Careful though, because although its better value if you decide to keep Zwift, the Annual tier does not include a free trial. The best move is to sign up for the monthly tier to get your two free weeks, and then upgrade your account to an annual plan before the first billing cycle hits.
