I battle with lower back pain on a daily basis, and this is worsened whenever I go too hard during a workout or head out on a long hike over the weekend. This is the reality for so many people, and it can sometimes seem difficult to manage.
After years of physio stretches and hot water bottles, I came across the Bob and Brad ThermoRed 3-in-1 Back Belt, and it's a total game-changer. While it doesn't completely cure the cause of a bad back, it can help to manage the symptoms, making day-to-day activities a little easier.
The Bob and Brad ThermoRed 3-in-1 Back Belt is currently available at Amazon U.S. for $119, which is $50 off its original price. It's quite the investment, but at nearly 30% off, I think it's totally worth it.
The Bob and Brad ThermoRed 3-in-1 Back Belt is an effective post-workout recovery tool. The combined heat, vibration and red light therapy soothes muscles and reduces pain. Customizable settings mean it can be used anywhere on the body, too. While charging is slow, the battery lasts several days. It's a great management option for people who regularly suffer from back pain.
The belt works by combining heat, vibration and red light therapy to ease tension and provide pain relief. These settings can be used separately or in conjunction with each other, so the therapy process becomes completely customizable.
Each setting has four levels with responsive controls. The heat is adjustable from 104ºF to 131ºF, and is instantly effective.
The vibration settings offer more gentle results to more intense exercise recovery options. There's a motor built in on each side, so it targets both sides of your back at the same time.
The belt also uses dual-wavelength red light (600nm) and near infrared light (850nm) to soothe the muscles. The addition of red light therapy helps to promote blood flow in the area and further speed repair.
What I like most about the belt is, in addition to the customizable settings, it can also be worn pretty much anywhere on the body, from your back to your legs to your shoulders, thanks to the multifunctional strap. This means that, although it's designed for your back, I can also use it to ease shoulder pain.
