Black Friday is finally here, offering serious savings across our favorite tech. This is no different with OLED TVs, some of which are down to their lowest prices ever. OLED TVs tend to be incredibly expensive, but now is the perfect time to get the TV upgrade of your dreams.
Right now, the 55-inch Panasonic Z85A OLED TV is $678 at Amazon. That's an incredible deal on an OLED, but it is a Prime exclusive, so you'll need an Amazon account and a Prime subscription. With Black Friday deals going strong right now, it doesn't hurt to get yourself Prime for all the amazing discounts set to come later this month.
The Panasonic Z85A offers the built-in benefits of OLED display technology in a stylish package. It's packed with features for gaming, streaming, and more. Folks with Alexa-centric smart home devices are set to make the most out of the Z85A's built-in Fire TV features.

If you didn't know, Panasonic returned to the US TV market last year, releasing two OLEDs built on exciting features. The Panasonic Z85A is one such entry, specifically its mid-range OLED, offering tons of value that's made even better right now, given its incredible price.
While we don't have an official review of the Panasonic Z85A, I did get to see it in action. It's similar to the Panasonic Z95A OLED, which I utterly adored, but drops the powerful speaker system and some design enhancements to make it a little less expensive.
With a 120Hz refresh rate and advanced Game Mode, the Z85A makes for the perfect pairing with modern consoles. Panasonic designed it to be one of the best gaming TVs with advanced and dynamic settings that improve both sound and visuals depending on the genre you're playing, including FPS, RPG, RTS, and many more.
Beyond gaming, the Z85A also offers cinematic picture quality, as it has the full checklist of HDR formats. It's equipped with Dolby Vision and HDR10+, so you get the full spectrum of immersion and detail provided as the director intended in every movie. That's hard to beat.
What stood out to me on the Z85A was its motion processing and upscaling. If you're a big fan of DVDs or live sports, this is a serious upgrade that gives 720p and 1080p content the 4K polish they deserve. Don't expect theater-level audio, as the speakers on the Z85A aren't as advanced as the ones on the Z95A.
That's why you'll want to pair this OLED with one of the best soundbars, and since it supports Dolby Atmos, you get crisp surround sound audio. With Black Friday soundbar deals going strong right now, you can get that cinema upgrade you've been longing for all year.
