Luxury sleep is often synonymous with smooth silk sheets, but what if I told you that I found a better alternative — without the hefty price tag?

Recently I swapped my usual bedding set for the Coop Sleep Goods' 100% pure cotton percale sheets and the difference was instant— hotel-like restful sleep in the comfort of my own home.

Percale’s signature weave gives it a light and airy quality, which means it's perfect for year-round comfort, especially if you tend to run hot at night. Let’s get right into the product specs…

What are the Coop Sleep Goods Cotton Percale sheets?

The Coop Cotton Percale Sheet Set is crafted from pure 100% cotton, which is known for its natural breathability and softness.

The OEKO-TEX certified sheets are made to get softer with every wash, while the brand's proprietary fabric polish ensures it retains its smooth, crisp and tailored look.

The percale single ply yarn weave contributes to its durability and softness, thanks to the one-over one-under form of stitching, which also promotes better airflow and breathability.

Each set includes a flat sheet, a deep-pocketed fitted sheet with 360 degree elastic and two pillowcases (just one if you're buying a twin or twin XL set), and there are four color options: white, cream, dove grey and ivory.

This luxurious sheet set includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and two pillowcases (except for twin and twin XL sizes, which come with just one), and it's available in six sizes from twin to Cal king. You can also choose from four elegant colors to suit your bedroom décor. The best part? It comes with a 100-night sleep trial, one-year warranty and free shipping.

3 reasons why the Coop Percale sheets are my new fave

1. Soft to the touch

The Coop cotton percale sheets looked lusciously smooth and crisp right out of the package. Compared to cheap fabrics that lose their feel after a single wash, I was surprised to see these Coop sheets maintained their texture.

However, this also made me wonder whether they would feel scratchy on the bed, but I couldn't be more wrong.

The percale cotton weave didn't just look refined, it also transformed my bed into the softest sleep haven.

2. Temperature control

As someone prone to sleep cold but who can't bear the stuffiness of turning on the heater to the full power yet (after all, winter is still days away), I found the Coop sheets to be the ultimate savior.

The percale weave ensures you never wake up due to overheating or night sweats but the fabric also keeps you snug, especially when it's layered with the right comforter or weighted blanket.

This way you can build up or dial down the warmth depending on your sleeping style and the weather — which saves you money in the long run since you won't have to switch bedding every season.

3. Ease of maintenance

One of the best things about the Coop percale set is how low-maintenance it is. The sheets are machine-washable on a cold, gentle cycle, and tumble dry-friendly (on low heat settings), and they're designed to get softer with every wash, so you don't need to fuss over special care instructions.

Unlike silk and sateen, percale resists pilling and holds up well to frequent laundering, making it ideal for everyday use.

If you're particular about not having wrinkles, the Coop set can fit the bill, since it can be ironed on low heat setting as and when required.
