If you're not sleeping because of chronic back or joint pain, Saatva makes the best mattress for back pain for you. It's a serious orthopedic mattress designed to relieve pain from conditions such as sciatica, arthritis, herniated disc and scoliosis, and in our Saatva RX Mattress review, our tester noticed a marked improvement in her lower back pain caused in part by mild scoliosis. The Saatva Rx has a 'supportive plush' firmness rating but we found it to be firmer than that, and it's best suited to back sleepers and heavier side sleepers.
