Spring is here, and if you’re looking to refresh your home on a budget, Walmart has some impressive hidden finds. And if you're a fan of plants or herbs but struggle with a small patio, you'll be glad to know I’ve just found a perfect solution.
Right now, this Bloem Dura Cotta 18" Plastic Window Box Planter is $11 at Walmart. Not only are these rectangular box plants ideal for small kitchen windowsills, but they can also be used outdoors on ledges, shelves, or tiny patios. Better still, these are just $11 and available in four seasonal colors to suit your decor style. In fact, this offer is so good, I might just buy a few while it lasts.
This window box planter measures 18 x 15 x 6 inches and comes with a removable saucer tray and versatile drainage. Not only is this slim enough for compact spaces, but a great way to showcase your plants or herbs.
Why I like this compact window box planter
If you don't have much outdoor space and don't want to clutter up tiny patio areas, these window box planters are ideal.
Despite its size, they are deep enough to hold your flower or herb collection neatly. I like the fact that you can easily move it from your kitchen windowsill straight outdoors to your patio, offering the best of both worlds.
Speaking of practicality, it comes with built-in drainage that allows adequate drainage when used outdoors to promote plant health and prevent leaks. Plus, its removable saucer tray is designed to capture excess water.
Personally, I would use this to display my herbs, and you have the choice of colors — ranging from basil (aptly-named), black, and terra cotta for that rustic appeal. So if you want to instantly spruce up your patio for less, grab this deal now.
