As a book lover, these 12 Amazon finds are at the top of my wish list

A selection of bookish gifts.

As a writer, I have a deep appreciation for books. I used to be a physical-books-only type of person, but I've since realized I really love digital books, too. I like being able to track my progress, read from anywhere on my phone and tablet, and check books out from the library after hours.

If someone you love is a fan of books of any sort (physical or digital), there's probably a perfect bookish gift out there that'll improve their reading experience tenfold. For physical book readers, this could be magnetic bookmarks, a simple reading light, or a custom stamp for their collection. For digital readers, a lap stand to prop up their tablet is underrated, or they might like gifts any reader would love, like a cute book nook kit or some type of reading challenge.

And listen, it's possible you might see one of these ideas and want to add two to your cart — one for them, and one for you. I might judge a book by its cover sometimes, but I won't judge you for treating yourself to a gift or two. Plus, all of these bookish finds are under $50 (and most are under or around $25), so I understand how tempting that 'add to cart' button looks.
