With Black Friday deals on the horizon, retailers have begun slashing the price of usually expensive electronics. If you’re looking for a gaming laptop that offers solid performance but won’t destroy your bank account, I just found the perfect deal.

Right now, the Alienware 16 Aurora is on sale for $1,099 at Dell. This brings the cost down to its Labor Day price, which is great since you get to save $300. While Alienware’s device is technically a budget laptop due to its lower-end specs, you can still have a great time playing your favorite PC games on the go.

By far the best deal I've seen on an RTX 5060 gaming laptop, the Alienware 16 Aurora is now $300 off, and it only recently launched. Along with its RTX 5060 GPU, expect an Intel Core 7 240H CPU, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, 1TB for storage, and a 16-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600) LED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

While the Alienware 16 Aurora might not have the beefiest graphics card, it holds a secret weapon that enhances gaming performance, namely, Nvidia DLSS 4. With this frame boosting option enabled, you can get games like the graphically demanding Cyberpunk 2077 to run at nearly 200 frames per second, as my colleague Darragh Murphy experienced when he played games on RTX 5060 gaming laptops.

The Intel Core i7 CPU, 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD also help this laptop deliver strong performance, both for gaming and everyday work. Though you might not want this as your primary machine for editing 4K videos, you can still do some light video editing if needed. Using the Alienware 16 Aurora for work should be a snap thanks to its roomy full-size keyboard.

I can’t forget about the 16-inch LED display, with its sharp 2560 x 1600 resolution and smooth 120Hz refresh rate. For a display of this size, that resolution and refresh rate will allow games to look and their best (respectively).

Finding a good deal for an RTX 50 gaming laptop isn’t always easy, so you might want to take advantage of this Alienware 16 Aurora deal before it ends.
