We are less than a month from the rumored February launch for the Samsung Galaxy S26 series. As we've gotten closer to reveal day, the rumor mill has been steadily churning out leaks.

The latest comes to us courtesy of Android Headlines who have "official renders" and new specs for the Galaxy S26 Ultra flagship handset. Their images show the device off in Cobalt Violet and black.

The look shouldn't be too surprising since these new renders appear to match previously leaked CAD renders from last year. Earlier this week, we also saw images of the S26 Ultra in UAG cases with what look to be MagSafe-esque rings.

These new renders do show off the S-Pen and more profile and angled views compared to previous leaks.

If you haven't seen the other images, the S26 Ultra will look very similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a flat display, centered front-facing camera and minimal bezels.

The big change is the pill-shaped plateau that the cameras sit on now, a design improvement over the semi-flush look the S25 Ultra features. Plus, Samsung appears to have solved the camera ring pop-off issue that plagued the S25 version.

Beyond that, we expect Samsung to offer the S26 Ultra in four additional colors: White, silver shadow, sky blue and pink gold.

Galaxy S26 Ultra specifications

Android Headlines additionally says they've confirmed some specs for the S26 Ultra, which seems to align with other leaks we've seen. The series will come with Android 16 pre-installed along with the new One UI 8.5 update that is in beta testing right now.

The Ultra model will have a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. Samsung has already teased its new Privacy Display technology, which will enable you to shield the screen from prying eyes using a combination of hardware and software.

AH only has confirmation of one storage version 256GB, though we expect to see 512GB and 1TB versions as well.

It should measure in at 6.44 x 3.07 x 0.31 inches (163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9mm), and weigh 7.5 oz (214 grams). That's slightly lighter and thinner than the S25 Ultra but also a bit taller and wider.

The S26 Ultra should feature a 5,000mAh battery and run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. And we're expecting a jump from 45W to 60W charging.

On the camera front, the main camera should be a 200MP coupled with a 50MP ultrawide, 50MP periscope telephoto and 10MP telephoto. The front-facing camera will be 12MP.
