IKEA's new wireless charger looks like a donut and costs $9, but it's surprisingly capable
IKEA is best known for its handy home solutions and affordable flat-pack furnishings, but its new VÄSTMÄRKE collection brings its signature budget-friendly designs to the world of wireless chargers.
The collection starts at just $9 with the VÄSTMÄRKE wireless charger, a red, donut-shaped Qi2-standard charger finished with a soft silicone feel.
That donut shape is more than aesthetically pleasing, though. It can pop out to serve as a phone grip, letting you scroll uninterrupted while your device is charging.
With a USB-C cable that neatly rolls away, this compact charger is the ideal addition to a bedside table or desk, thanks to its eye-catching design and Qi 2.0 compatibility.
The full range
The eye-catching VÄSTMÄRKE wireless charger may be the cheapest product in the lineup, but I'm also taken by the other two chargers released by IKEA, both under $25.
First, there's the $24 wireless charging stand, which would be the ideal addition to any desk setup, propping your phone up to display the time or new notifications while charging, again with Qi2 compatibility. And with StandBy Mode for iPhone users, this handy device can turn your phone into a bedside clock.
Use this charging stand to prop up your phone while you watch a show or display the time while you work. At just $24, it's a very reasonably-priced solution with IKEA's signature Scandi style.
Perhaps it's because I'm a Homes Editor with a love of ambient lighting, but my personal favorite is the VÄSTMÄRKE wireless charger with lighting, which doubles as a light-up bowl for odds and ends while still charging your phone. This would go straight on my coffee table, and at $24, it's also an affordable addition to your living room.
I'm very taken with this stylish and practical charging bowl, which offers wireless charging and can also store spare keys and other essentials.
Cute and Qi2.0 compatible
The VÄSTMÄRKE collection supports the Qi2.0 standard and can charge at rates up to 15W. And because it offers magnetic attachment, you can use it with your Apple MagSafe or Google Pixelsnap devices.

While the Samsung Galaxy S25 supports full Qi2 speeds, you'll need a magnetic case to make the most of this feature. That's not ideal, but if you already have a case for other wireless chargers, you can fit IKEA's options into your rotation.
