Fans of Netflix's "To All The Boys" universe haven't seen Lara Jean Covey (played by Lana Condor) onscreen since the movie trilogy's final installment, 2021's "To All the Boys: Always and Forever." But since the beloved rom-com franchise expanded with the spinoff series "XO, Kitty" — centered on Lara Jean's plucky younger sister Kitty Song Covey (Anna Cathcart) and her own romantic adventures and personal dramas at a Seoul boarding school — there was always the possibility that the Covey sisters would reunite on our screens once again.
And, happily, it looks like the time has come: Condor will reprise her role as Lara Jean in "XO, Kitty" season 3, which premieres on the streaming service on Thursday, April 2. Netflix teased the actress's much-anticipated appearance with a cheeky little teaser clip on the show's official Instagram page. The video sees Cathcart's co-star Sang Heon Lee, who plays Kitty's love interest Min Ho, pass by two women, asking "Covey?" prompting the onscreen sisters to whip around in a sweet reveal.

Condor wouldn't be the first star from the "To All the Boys" movies to make a coveted cameo on "XO, Kitty"; er onscreen beau Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) showed up in the season 2 episode "Kiss and Make Up," with the character visiting Seoul alongside the Stanford lacrosse team; and Janel Parrish, who plays eldest Covey daughter Margot, also popped over to South Korea for a moving reunion in the season 2 finale to help Kitty bond with their great-aunt and grandmother.
Article continues belowAs for what else is in store for the third season of "XO, Kitty," fans can expect eight episodes chronicling Kitty's final year at KISS (Korean Independent School of Seoul). Our titular heroine has her "perfect senior year mapped out," per Netflix's official logline.
"She's going to make meaningful memories with her friends, grow closer to her relatives in Korea, and make big decisions about her future. And she's going to define her relationship with Min Ho. For real this time. But when surprise revelations throw her plans, and relationships, off course, Kitty will have to learn to embrace the unexpected."
Along with Anna Cathcart and San Heon Lee, the main "XO, Kitty" cast includes Minyeong Choi as Dae, Gia Kim as Yuri, Anthony Keyvan as Q, Regan Aliyah as Juliana, Sule Thelwell as Marius, Hojo Shin as Jiwon, with Peter Thurnwald as Alex, Joshua Lee as Jin, Sasha Bhasin as Praveena, Michael K. Lee as Professor Lee, Philippe Lee as Mr. Moon, Jocelyn Shelfo as Madison, Han Bi Ryu as Eunice, Sunny Oh as Mihee, Soy Kim as Yisoo, and Christine Heesun Hwang as Gigi.
