11 epic Best Buy smartwatch deals worthy of your wrist
Including savings on the latest Samsung and Garmin wearables
I review smartwatches and fitness trackers for a living, and often recommend holding off on upgrading until the holiday shopping season rolls around. This tends to be the best time to score deep discounts on even recently released smartwatch models, like the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and Garmin Vivoactive 6.
With so many smartwatch deals to choose from, I narrowed my early Black Friday smartwatch bargain search to Best Buy, where I found the biggest and widest savings. For example, you can pick up the long-lasting Google Pixel Watch 3 in 45mm for just $199, reduced from $299. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is also on sale for just $69, at a near-all-time low, reduced from $100.
Find all the details on these deals, and many more, below.

Despite being recently replaced by the newer Galaxy Watch 8, which is also on sale (see below), the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 remains the best budget Android smartwatch out there, with similarly impressive health and fitness tracking tools to its younger sibling. It even supports Google's Gemini AI voice assistant and comes in an arguably sleeker case design than the newer model.

While the savings on this top-tier, barely six-month-old Android smartwatch are modest, this is officially the first time I've seen the Galaxy Watch 8 discounted at all. A small upgrade to last year's Galaxy Watch 7, the newer model offers a handful of additional wellness tools, like vascular health tracking and antioxidant level monitoring, a brighter screen, and an updated 'cushion case' design.

The largest, longer-lasting Galaxy Watch 8 Classic also sees a discount ahead of Black Friday. My favorite model in the Galaxy Watch 8 family features a longer-lasting battery, an additional customizable button, and a fan-favorite bi-directional rotating bezel. All of this adds up to one of the best smartwatches for Android users in 2025.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is Samsung's answer to the Apple Watch Ultra, with an ultra-steep price tag to boot. While I've seen this large, rugged, long-lasting titanium wearable discounted by even greater amounts, $50 off ain't too shabby. That said, if I were a betting man, I'd wager the Ultra will go even lower in the coming weeks, so perhaps bookmark this one for later.

The Garmin Vivoactive 6 is one of my favorite smartwatches of 2025. It's also one of Garmin's most well-rounded, easy-to-wear models, combining high-end wellness and training tools with a selection of useful smart features, including onboard music storage and support for NFC payments. A bright screen and long-lasting battery add to its appeal.

The Garmin Forerunner 265 is the best smartwatch for runners in 2025, boasting a bright and easy-to-read screen, tons of training metrics, accurate GPS tracking, and a comfortable, sporty design. This deal is on the smaller, 42mm 'S' model (which I actually prefer) versus the standard 46mm Forerunner 265.

The Garmin Instinct 3 Solar is hands-down the longest-lasting smartwatch I've ever tested... and I've reviewed a lot of watches! It's also supremely well-built, with a 100-meter water resistance rating, a metal-reinforced bezel, and a shock-resistant design. Fitness tracking tools are plentiful, GPS and elevation monitoring are precise, and an onboard LED flashlight proves extremely handy.

The newer Google Pixel Watch 4 isn't on sale, but last year's model, in the more desirable 45mm variant, is for $100 off. What makes the bigger Pixel Watch 3 better? A larger screen and a longer-lasting battery that averaged up to 48 hours per charge in my testing, compared to 24 hours for the 41mm model.

I own and love my Fitbit Inspire 3. The ideal fitness tracker for the minimalist, it keeps tabs on the basics, like movement, sleep quality, and heart rate, without gumming up the works with superfluous extras or confusing metrics. It's also extremely easy-wearing and discreet, with excellent battery life.

Despite launching in 2023, the Fitbit Charge 6 remains the best fitness tracker available in 2025. Sometimes, you simply can't beat the OG. This is because of its lightweight and comfortable design, long-lasting battery, colorful and easy-to-view AMOLED screen, support for smart features like Google Maps and NFC payments, and, of course, top-notch fitness and wellness tracking tools. Find out more in our Fitbit Charge 6 review.

There won't be another Fitbit Sense model, according to Google, which is a real shame, as the Fitbit Sense 2 continues to be an attractive smartwatch for both Android and iOS users alike, with seriously impressive workout and holistic monitoring tools, great battery life, a big and bright screen, and a compact, borderline, stylish design.
