My go-to Lululemon shorts are just $39 right now and I'm definitely buying another pair

I like to hit the gym every day. Whether it's leg day or a HIIT workout, one thing is constant — I'm always wearing my Lululemon Pace Breaker Shorts. I've gone through dozens of shorts from other brands and these are simply the best I've worn.
Right now the Lululemon Pace Breaker Lined Shorts 5-inch are just $49 at Lululemon. These shorts are great for running, HIIT and lunges. For other workouts, I use the Lululemon Pace Breaker Linerless Shorts 7-inch which are $39 at Lululemon right now.
The 5-inch Lululemon Pace Breaker Lined Shorts are my go-to shorts for running, HIIT, leg day and more. They're lightweight, stretchy, and their streamlined fit provides plenty of breathing room for my glutes and thighs. I also appreciate the side pocket built into the inner lining, which I use to store my ID when running outdoors.
The 7-inch Lululemon Pace Breaker Linerless Shorts are my go-to shorts for all other workouts at the gym. They're comfy and made from a quick-drying fabric so they stay dry no matter the workout I'm doing. I also like the deep side pockets where I can stash my iPhone or other small accessories.
Lululemon's lined 5-inch shorts are great for running, leg day and HIIT workouts. I find the inner lining to be very comfortable and I love that the tights give you an extra hidden pocket, which I used to store my ID when running outdoors. I find the 5-inch length to be perfect for running, lunging forward and other activities that require wide leg movements.
The only downside I've noticed is that while the shorts are quick to dry, the inner tights aren't. As a result, I've noticed that on my long runs in humid weather, the shorts tend to drag a bit due to the lining. Otherwise, they're great for just about all other cardio.
For all other workouts, I rely on the Lululemon 7-inch linerless shorts. They have side pockets so I can still store things like my iPhone at the gym. They provide a highly breathable and airy fit. Equally important, they're very durable. My shorts have been washed hundreds of times and they still look and feel new. Other gym shorts I've owned develop a mildewy, moldy smell after just a few months of overuse.
Would I recommend these shorts? Absolutely. They're comfortable and well worth their price. I would just recommend sizing up as the waist sizes do tend to be on the conservative side.
