Lululemon is known for crafting high-quality workout gear, but there’s no denying the brand’s pieces can be expensive — at least, when you pay full price. The key to scoring high-end workout apparel for less is to shop Lululemon’s ‘We Made Too Much’ section, where the company hands out major discounts to accessories and apparel that’s out of season or has too much overstock.

Sometimes, this section can be lackluster, with limited sizes, nominal discounts, and designs that feel like they’ve been around for years. But right now, the ‘We Made Too Much’ area is an absolute smash. There are multiple 40% and 50% off deals and plenty of versatile workout gear that can be styled for the gym or for home.

I could easily spend hours adding Lululemon deals to my cart, but ultimately, I’ve limited my recommendations to these 11 deals. Feel free to shop the entire ‘We Made Too Much’ sale from $9 for yourself, or scroll on to see which deals caught my eye.
