Chelsea may be out of the running for the Premier League title after slipping to third, but their woes are nothing compared to those of Lille, who currently sit a lowly 11th in the French top flight.

Lille were surprise winners of Ligue 1 last year, pipping PSG to the title under the management of Christophe Galtier. But he left for Nice in the summer, and Lille's form seemingly departed with him.

Turkey striker Burak Yilmaz — who netted 16 times last season — has not been able to hit those heights in this campaign, and is only on the bench tonight. The main goal threat will instead come from Canadian forward Jonathan David. He's got 12 goals this season and has scored in his past three Champions League ties, so Chelsea will need to watch him.

Lille topped a Champions League group containing Red Bull Salzburg, Sevilla and Wolfsburg, but the smart money would be on Chelsea going through here. Thomas Tuchel has resisted the temptation to rest players ahead of Sunday's Carabao Cup Final against Liverpool, although the big news is that he has benched the misfiring Romelu Lukaku

The Belgian striker touched the ball a mere seven times against Crystal Palace, a new low for the Premier League, and has looked a long way from a £97.5m player, so it's not that big of a surprise. Whether it's the right call will become apparent soon. Tuchel will definitely be without Reece James and Ben Chilwell, while Mason Mount is only on the bench. Cesar Azpilicueta is available, though, and comes in as one of three changes from the side that beat Palace 1-0.

Here's how they line up:

Chelsea: Mendy, Christensen, Thiago Silva, Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Kante, Kovacic, Alonso, Ziyech, Havertz, Pulisic.

Lille: Leo Jardim, Celik, Fonte, Botman, Djalo, Onana, Xeka, Andre, Sanches, David, Bamba.

You'd expect Chelsea to have the quality to win here, but it's hardly a formality. Find out what happens by watching the Chelsea vs Lille live stream, which we'll show you how to do below.
