How much does delivery cost?
Omni offers free standard delivery on all UK orders over £39. If your order is under £39, delivery costs £4.99. They typically use a 24–48 hour tracked delivery service via couriers like DPD or Royal Mail.
Do I have to feed my dog a 100% plant-based?
Nope, while Omni’s food is 100% nutritionally complete and designed to be fed as a primary diet, many people use a flexitarian approach. You can mix Omni kibble with your dog’s current meat-based food lower the intake of allergens, or simply add variety to their meals.
How should I switch my dog to Omni?
Vets at Omni’s recommends a gradual change over 5 to 7 days to avoid upsetting your dog's stomach. Start by mixing 25% of Omni with 75% of your dog’s old food. Slowly increasing the amount of Omni each day and using less of the old food until your dog is eating 100% Omni.
Are Omni diets safe?
Yes! Omni’s recipes are formulated to meet the strict nutritional guidelines set by the European Pet Food Industry Federation. They even have specific life-stage diets. The Puppy formula has higher protein, calcium, and DHA for rapid growth, while the Senior recipe includes joint support to keep older dogs active.
What is Omni Rewards?
Omni Rewards is a free-to-join loyalty scheme designed to give customers money back on their purchases. Customers get credits back on their orders which can saved and used for discounts and rewards on future orders.
The main way to earn points is by placing an order where you automatically earn up to 8% back in credit on every purchase you make. You also earn a massive 1,000 credits for every friend you successfully refer to Omni and you can also earn 300 credits by leaving a review of the items you've tried.
Omni has three VIP tiers based on how many orders you have placed in the last 12 months which let you earn more credits depending on how much you shop at Omni.

Do Omni points expire?
Your points will remain active as long as you are subscribed or shopping at Omni. However, if your account is completely unused (no purchases, redemptions, or referrals) for a full 12 months, your points will expire.

How to use an Omni Discount Code

- Add the pet food, supplements you want to your cart or pick which subscription best suits your furry friend.
