If you’re looking to organize your home to start the year or simply want to hide away your clutter, IKEA is my favorite place for budget-friendly storage solutions. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any cheaper, I’ve just spotted a great deal on a storage gem that is quietly being discontinued.
Right now, the IKEA HARVMATTA Box with lid ( light beige) is now just $5 from $8 — making it a decent 37% discount. What’s more, the item is listed as ‘last chance to buy’, which means that you won’t have long before this flies off the shelves.
It’s no surprise these versatile storage boxes are selling out fast, so you’d better hurry. In fact, at that price I’d even buy a few to tidy my home — here’s why.
This stylish metal box with a cork lid is ideal for storing or hiding away small items that often clutter surfaces. These are versatile, and you can easily stack a few boxes on top of each other without scratching them. Note that this offer is only for the light beige color. However, these are also available in dark gray beige and anthracite.
Why I'll be buying the HARVMATTA Box
These versatile and eye-catching storage boxes have been essential in keeping my shelves and desk tidy. In particular, these came in useful for storing my USB cables and chargers, which would often be left dumped on a shelf.
Plus, you can use them anywhere in the home. I found them handy for storing my excess makeup items and cosmetics that would clutter up areas, creating an unsightly mess.
I also love the fact that you can stack several on top of each other if you want to maximize space, especially on bookshelves. Perhaps the aesthetic appeal is the cork lid, which adds a stylish touch to what would ordinarily be a standard metal box. Boring!
Considering it’s only $5 and not likely to stick around, now is the time to grab one (or a few) to upgrade your home this year.
