Does Waterdrop offer free shipping?
Yes, as standard, all orders to the mainland UK will include free standard delivery with no minimum spend, which should arrive in 2 - 4 business days. If you want to receive your order sooner, you can also pay £3.99 for express shipping, which will arrive in 1 - 2 business days, at the checkout. You'll be sent tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What is Waterdrop Rewards?
Waterdrop Rewards allows customers to earn points on their purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts or free items at the checkout. Its free to join the programme - simply create an account - and members will earn 10 points for every £1 they spend. Every 1000 points is worth a £2 discount, and points can be spent on unique codes or offers through the members hub.
Waterdrop updates its members offers regularly, bringing you both sitewide and specific product discounts. Selected products such as filters and water jugs may also be purchasable with points: for example, you can get a free G3-N2RO filter for 44,995 points.
The brand often lowers the point price of select discounts for a limited time, too, letting you get your discount codes sooner if you catch the right deal. For example, you can always earn a coupon for £20 off with 10,000 points, but occasionally, we've seen the likes of 25% off for the same points total.
What is the Waterdrop returns policy?
Waterdrop customers can send items back to the brand for any reason in exchange for a refund, so long as they do so within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify, you will need to disassemble and repackage your items. You will also have to arrange and cover the cost of your own return shipping.
The brand will occasionally allow returns after 30 days, but these will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total. To start the process, you'll need to get in touch with the brand's customer service team, who will provide further instructions within 24 hours.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from vouchers on a commission basis. We have agreements with every retailer that has a vouchers page for, and for every order placed using one of our codes, we earn a portion of the order total back in commission from that retailer.
Using this model means all of our profits are paid for by the retailers we partner with, and we do not pass any costs on to our users.
