Does Costway UK offer free delivery?
Yes! Costway offers free standard delivery to the majority of locations within the UK because they ship directly from their UK-based warehouses. Standard delivery typically takes just 2 to 4 working days to arrive.
What is the Costway UK return policy?
Costway offers a standard 30-day return policy. If you order a piece of furniture and decide it just doesn't suit your room, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. However, the item must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition. Because you are just changing your mind, you will need to pay for the return, which will be taken from your final refund. If you throw away the original cardboard box, Costway will also deduct a £15 repackaging fee.
If your item arrives broken or missing parts, you will not have to pay postage. Just take a few clear photos of the damage and send them to Costway's customer service team. They will either send you a prepaid return label and a full refund or ship out a brand-new replacement for free.

Is Costway legit?
Yes, Costway is a legitimate registered business based in Ipswich. They operate as a direct-to-consumer reseller for mass-produced, unbranded goods. Because you aren't paying a premium for a brand name, their prices on things like garden furniture and standing desks are lower.
However, it's worth remembering that Costway is a budget quality brand; it is flat-packed stuff designed to get the job done, don't expect heirloom mahogany.

Sign up for newsletters: If you have never shopped at Costway before, do not check out as a guest! Scroll to the bottom of their homepage and enter your email to subscribe to their newsletter and they will instantly send a welcome discount to your inbox.
Loyalty Cashback: Once you make your first order, go to your account dashboard and join the Costway Loyalty Cashback program. You will automatically earn 5% cashback on your second, third, and fourth orders. Once you hit your fifth order, that bumps up to 8% cashback and you even get an 8% bonus on your birthday!
Reward Points: Costway has a rewards points system where every 100 points equals £1 off your next order and you earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, the fastest way to earn points is by reviewing items you bought. A standard text review gets you 200 points (£2), but adding a photo or video to your review instantly bumps it up to 500 points (£5).

Costway runs a special Costway Day sale during the first Friday through Sunday of every month. During this weekend, they drop thousands of prices, offer extra rewards points, and let you spin a lucky wheel after checkout to win free items, extra coupons, or even a full refund on your order.
Look for the special offer tag: When shopping at Costway, look for items marked with a red "Special Offer" or "Clearance" tag. These items are marked down to rock-bottom prices to clear out warehouse space. However, because these are already heavily discounted, you cannot use promo codes on top of them.
Hunt for the Orange Banner: Before you add anything to your cart, always look for the bright orange banner at the very top of the Costway homepage. This is where they post active promo codes and deals that you can use to save money on your order.
How to use a Costway Discount Code

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
