But will that be "paired up" as in "working together" or "paired up" as in "back together" or both. It's a question their young daughter wants the answer to and so do we but, from what we've seen before, it looks like Tony and Ziva - or "Tiva" as fans call them - aren't sure either. We do know that they are back in Paris.
While we're all working that out, however, Tony's security company is under attack and while on the run and trying to figure out who is after them/ trying to kill them/ frame them/ whatever they need to rebuild the trust they once had and also care for 12 year old Talie.

Official 'NCIS: Tony & Ziva' trailer
Where can we see Tony and Ziva in the original "NCIS" series?
Michael Weatherly's Tony was a regular character on "NCIS" from Seasons 1-13. Cote de Pablo's Ziva, meanwhile, joined the team in Season 3. Ziva's exit in Season 11, and her offscreen (presumed) death in Season 13, leads to Tony's own exit: He moves to Paris in Season 13 to care for the daughter he didn't know he had with Ziva. Ziva returns to the NCIS fold (and to "NCIS") for a handful of stories in Season 17. As for Tony, since leaving Washington, D.C., his character has been seen on "NCIS" just once: in Season 21's "The Stories We Leave Behind," in which he returns stateside to honor Ducky (who was played by the late David McCallum in Seasons 1-20).
