Does SCUF Gaming offer free shipping?
Sadly no, SCUF does not offer site-wide free shipping by default. But they often run promotions for free shipping on orders over a certain amount (often $99 or more). Because their controllers are shipped globally and are often custom-built, shipping costs can vary.

A SCUF controller is a high-performance, premium gaming controller designed for competitive esports players and gaming lovers. Made by SCUF Gaming, these gamepads take the design of standard PlayStation or Xbox controllers and heavily modify them with pro-grade, customisable hardware intended to improve reaction times, comfort, and precision.
Are SCUF controllers good?
SCUF controllers are widely considered some of the best high-performance gamepads on the market. While they come with a premium price tag, their ergonomic designs, responsive inputs, and deep customisation options consistently earn high praise from our hardware experts, such as Tony Polanco, who called the SCUF Envision Pro the best controller he has used. What is the SCUF Gaming warranty?
SCUF provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects or component failures. For all current-generation models (including the Reflex, Instinct, Envision, Nomad, and Valor), SCUF offers a 1-year warranty.
Older-generation controllers typically have only a 6-month warranty, while their premium gaming headsets are covered for up to 2 years.
What is the SCUF Gaming return policy?
Because SCUF controllers are highly customised and built to your specific design, SCUF has a strict return policy. You generally have a 14-day return window starting from the day of delivery to return your controller.
However, the item must be in pristine, like-new condition, and SCUF typically takes a 15% restocking fee from your refund to account for the custom labor and parts.
SCUF Saving Tips
Shop the Refurbished Section: Buying second-hand gaming tech is a great way to save money. SCUF’s official Refurbished section is a fantastic budget option for money conscious gamers. SCUF guarantees that all external parts, the shell, the faceplates, the thumbsticks, on their refurbished controllers are 100% brand new and defect-free. Only the internal circuit boards are refurbished. So you're getting practically new for less.
Buy Pre-Configured: Building a custom controller from scratch using SCUF's online builder is fun, but every custom color, patterned faceplate, and upgraded button adds to the final price. If you want to save money, check the Pre-Configured section first. These are pre-built designs, like the "Reflex FPS" or "Instinct Pro", that already include the most popular premium features such as instant triggers and rear paddles. Not only are they cheaper than building the exact same specs manually, but pre-configured controllers don't pay SCUF's 15% return restocking fee, making them a much safer investment in case of return.
Use creator codes if we have none here: Because SCUF Gaming is heavily involved in the esports and streaming community, they sponsor hundreds of content creators and pro teams. While standard sitewide promo codes are rare, Creator Codes are active year-round. Entering a creator's vanity code at checkout will almost always automatically deduct 5% off your total order.
Skip the Expedited Processing Fee When checking out with a custom controller, SCUF will often offer an expedited processing tier to bump your controller to the front of the build queue. This can add anywhere from $20 to $40 to your order. If you aren't in an absolute rush, just select standard. The controllers are built in the exact same factory by the exact same technicians; you are just paying to skip the line.
Student Discounts: If you are a student, you don't have to pay full price. SCUF Gaming partners directly with Student Beans and UNiDAYS. By logging into the portal and verifying your university email address, you can get a unique, single-use promo code that typically takes between 5% and 15% off your order.
Look Out for "Free Gift" Bundles: While Black Friday is the undisputed best time to buy a SCUF, the company runs promotions during slower retail months to drive sales. A good one to look out for, which often occurs in the Spring or late Summer, is a free gift bundle. For example, SCUF will often run a promotion where spending over $250 automatically adds a free accessory to your cart, such as a SCUF controller protection case.
