I walk five miles almost every day without leaving the house thanks to the WalkingPad Z1. This under-desk treadmill is the ideal way to increase your daily steps if your job requires you to be at your desk all day long. It has been the best addition to my home office setup, and I have been able to consistently hit 10,000 steps daily without any fuss. It folds up so it can be stored easily off to the side of your desk or even under the sofa. And this is easy to do as the folding part of the treadmill is super light. But if you need to take it up stairs to get it in your setup you'll want to get an extra pair of hands to help since the motor is pretty heavy. The treadmill also comes ready built. It is compatible with the KS Fit app, where you can have more control over the walking pad and track your fitness goals.
The NordicTrack T Series 10 treadmill is a beginner friendly model that can perfectly support a wide range of paces, and with 15% off it's a real steal. The treadmill has a speed range of 0 to 10 miles per hour making it perfect for walking, jogging, or running. The speed can be controlled from the 5-inch LCD screen or with iFIT for automated workout regimes. The treadmill can also rise to an incline of 10% to replicate hills. I love using this feature on my treadmill as it can replicate hiking and it means I can still 'hike' without braving awful weather in the winter. It also has a built-in speaker and Bluetooth connectivity for listening to your favorite songs to stay motivated while you work out. The NordicTrack can also track metrics like your heart rate to give you feedback so you can tailor your training intensity accordingly.
The WalkingPad P1 is another excellent option for anyone in need on an under-desk treadmill. This is the most compact option in the WalkingPad range, and it also folds in half spo it becomes easier to store when not in use. It is also slim enough to slide under the sofa, or bed, or desk to ensure it is stored discreetly too. The walking belt is 47 inches long to ensure safe walking. The speed is adjustable between 0.5 and 3.75 miles per hour, so it pretty versatile for most walking speed. A speed of 3.5 is what I settle on most days when using my under-desk treadmill, so this range of speed is great. There isn't a display on the device but you can view all of the settings in the KS Fit companion app on your phone. At this price, the WalkingPad is a must-have, especially if you are looking for a way to get more active while dealing with a busy home-life.
The DeerRun 2025 Upgrade Walking Pad is perfect for anyone who has a standing desk at home or at the office and wants to get extra steps in. Working a desk job can feel sedentary and the DeerRun treadmill is a great option for adding some movement to your day. It offers an easy way to track every step and burned calorie with the PitPat app. There are also challenges in the app to keep you motivated, and this is perfect for me since if it feels like a game I'm far more likely to actually exercise. Despite the powerful 2.5HP motor, the treadmill is pretty quiet and won't distract you from your work, or anyone else around you. Like most walking pads, this is easily movable and can be rolled out of the way with ease, but it isn't foldable like the others mentioned here. You also get a year-long warranty with this under-desk treadmill to make sure everything runs smoothly while you walk your way through your work day.
The Proform Carbon TLX currently has $100 off for the Amazon Prime Day sales, so this deal is not to be missed. It has a speed range of 0 to 12 miles per hour, making it ideal for anyone looking to train indoors while building endurance or increasing speed — the perfect way reach your fitness goals. It also has an incline of up to 12% which is ideal for activating your muscles and getting a little burn into the workout. The treadmill has ProShox cushioning to help cushion each step and protect your joints. This feature is great as running outdoors on the sidewalk can cause knee pain from harsh impact. This treadmill fold up to save some space too and has a hydraulic foot bar to assist with lowering it back down, making the set up super quick and easy. You can also track heart rate zones, and the treadmill to adjust the speed and incline in accordance with your readings with iFIT SmartAdjust.
