Labor Day might be over, but the deals are still aplenty if you know where to look. I just stumbled across a serious value pick, and it could be the very thing that spruces up your home entertainment setup just in time for fall.

Right now, you can get the 55-inch Samsung The Frame (2024) for $799 on Amazon. That drops the Frame to its lowest price yet, netting you a solid value on one of our favorite QLED TVs. It's one of the best TV deals I've seen this week.

Samsung's The Frame TV 2024 just received its first price cut. The QLED TV features an art mode that displays your favorite artwork, shows, movies, and more. The 2024 model features a new dynamic refresh mode, which kicks down the refresh rate of the TV when in it's in art mode (to save on energy). In our Samsung The Frame (2024) hands-on, we said the TV looks great in art mode and we also liked that the Samsung Art Store now offers a monthly curation of artwork users can display for free. The TV also features HDR10 Plus support, 120Hz refresh rate, built-in Amazon Alexa, Samsung's Tizen operating system, and four HDMI 2.1 ports.

There's something about Samsung's The Frame that is totally refreshing. It's a bespoke design, made to look like something taken straight out of an art museum. Personalization is at the heart of this QLED, allowing you to swap out different frames in addition to the art that's on the screen to get the best look that fits your style.

Although the 2024 model doesn't have Mini-LED backlighting like its newest counterpart, the Frame still kicks out quite the impressive metrics. As you might expect, it offers stunning color coverage in both HDR and SDR, plus it has one of the lowest Delta-E scores tested in our lab at just 1.88 (the lower, the more color accurate).

It's also an excellent gaming display when you need it to be, offering stellar glare mitigation and a 9.2ms input latency that's lightning fast. Still, it only has one HDMI 2.1 port and tops out at 120Hz, so it's not designed for gaming, but it definitely performs better than you'd expect.

Displaying art, both old and new, is at the heart of this TV. Samsung is constantly updating its catalog, bringing new pieces to its already extensive art store every year. Just recently, Samsung added a new Vogue Collection to the Art Store, bringing 20 photos and art pieces featuring high fashion straight to your living room.

The Frame has directly influenced the market, with nearly every TV maker hopping on the same bandwagon. Samsung's model remains one of the best TVs largely due to its build quality, and that matte finish is just too hard to ignore.
