Best Memorial Day TV deals — I'm vetting the best discounts right now
Epic savings on OLED TVs, Mini-LEDs and more
The first Memorial Day TV sales of the season are here. Unlike last year, this year's prices are better than ever. On the one hand, you have retailers slashing TV prices to make room for new 2026 models. Additionally, with the World Cup set to start next month, retailers are offering bigger discounts in an effort to entice shoppers.
In terms of sales, Amazon has smart TVs on sale from $69. It's the biggest sitewide sale with discounts on smaller 40-inch TVs and larger 75-inch models. If you're looking to make the jump to an OLED TV, Best Buy has OLED TVs on sale from $649. Although Best Buy and Amazon tend to price match each other, I'm partial to the deals at Best Buy. Amazon frequently relies on third-party merchants and prices tend to fluctuate a lot, whereas sales prices at Best Buy are more consistent.
Below I've listed all of the best Memorial Day TV sales I recommend right now. For more deals, check out full guide to the best Memorial Day sales.

The U65QF is one of the most affordable Mini-LED TVs on the market, and this deal ups its value even further. Enjoy better brightness and overall contrast than what you'll get on a basic, garden-variety LED TV, as well as an array of built-in, Fire TV-powered smart features.

The B5 is LG's most affordable OLED of 2025, but don't let that fool you into thinking that it's not a terrific TV for folks looking to save money on an OLED. In addition to supporting 4K gaming at 120Hz, the B5 also supports Dolby Vision HDR and costs significantly less than its higher-end counterparts.

OLED TVs
The Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV is a stellar TV that sits perfectly well between Sony's Bravia 9 and the A95L OLED. It corrals a 120Hz refresh rate on an OLED panel built for entertainment. As for HDR support, it comes equipped with Dolby Vision, HLG, and HDR10, and a 50W 2.1 speaker is quite the added touch. In our Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV review, we said it offers the perfect blacks OLED is known for, plus the wide off-center viewing angles that customers tend to appreciate about OLED technology.

Part of LG's 2025 TV lineup, the LG C5 OLED is still an excellent TV and much cheaper than its newer counterpart — the LG C6. Offering a slew of features, like a range of HDR certifications and gaming specs for the PS5 Pro crowd, the C5 proves a major improvement over its predecessor. We called it "nearly flawless" and gave it a 5-star rating in our LG C5 OLED TV review.

The C6 is LG's new flagship OLED TV for 2026. In our LG C6 OLED TV review we said the Editor's Choice TV performs brilliantly offering top-tier brightness and colors. We're also fans of its gameplay enhancing features including a new Game Optimizer mode that obliterates input lag and boosts FPS on both consoles and PCs. It's predecessor, the C5, is still a great TV and cheaper, but if you want the latest and greatest — you won't be disappointed with the C6.

Samsung's entry-level QLED TV improves upon its predecessors from previous years with a direct-LED display rather than a garden-variety, edge-lit panel. This means it has better overall contrast than previous Samsung QLEDs at this price range. I still recommend one of the Mini-LED TVs on this list over the Q7F, but if the name of the game is "Save Money," this one might be the ticket.

Here's a Mini-LED TV that's good for watching games and playing them. Built on a 165Hz refresh rate with a Game Mode Ultra mode, the Hisense U7QG is ideal for PS5, Xbox Series X, and even PC gamers. Add to that one serious sound system in its 2.1.2-channel speaker and you've got a powerhouse of a TV with tons of flare.

Sony's Bravia 2 II (read as "mark two") launched in 2025, offering budget pricing on an LED screen. The QM5K has built-in Google TV features for all of your streaming needs, plus Dolby Vision support. Its handiest feature is its Mini-LED backlighting, which is difficult to find at this price point. If you're going to shop in this price range, I recommend going with the QM5K over a super-cheap TV from a brand like Insignia or Onn.

The TCL T7 is a 4K QLED TV with a 144Hz refresh rate, 288Hz variable gaming refresh rate, bezel-less design, and four HDMI ports. The TV also supports Dolby Vision/HDR10/HDR10+/HLG and Dolby Atmos. This is the cheapest price I've seen for this size.

The QN70F is one of Samsung's mid-range TVs and at this price it's well worth considering. Like the rest of the brand's Neo QLED lineup, the QN70F blends quantum dots and Mini-LED backlighting for a punchy presentation. The QN70F is also packed with gaming features, like four HDMI 2.1-compatible inputs and support for 4K gaming at 120Hz. That's fantastic for the price point.

It's not everyday you see a 2025 TV getting a major discount, but the U8QG is an icon in this regard (and many more). It's among our favorite gaming TVs thanks to its slew of gaming features built on a 165Hz refresh rate. It's also got the best brightness in the TV game, owing to its Hisense lineage.
