Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra is my favourite phone of the year, offering an unrivalled 200MP main camera, powerhouse performance and a stunning design.

Along with being my current daily driver, the Galaxy S25 Ultra sits at the top of Tom's Guide's best phones 2025 list. Usually, it's pretty expensive, but there's an amazing deal on Amazon right now that's brought the S25 Ultra's price down to its lowest ever.

Currently, you can snag the Galaxy S25 Ultra with 256GB of storage for just AU$2,149 AU$1,585 on Amazon — that's a mammoth AU$564 off the RRP!

In Tom's Guide's 4.5 star Galaxy S25 Ultra review, our global editor in chief praised the phone's "superb cameras" and "great Snapdragon 8 Elite performance", along with its "super long battery life." That said, he did bemoan the device's lack of built-in Qi2 magnets and the included S Pen's loss of Bluetooth functionality.

Still, those are minor quibbles to what is not just the best Android phone in Australia right now, but also the best phone of 2025, full-stop. And thanks to this amazing deal, it's easier than ever to recommend. Of course, I don't expect this offer to stick around for long, so if you're serious about getting a new phone, I suggest you jump on it.
