I test the newest robot vacuums for a living — Here are the 5 Prime Day deals I'd grab right now
Robovac wars: Prime Day edition
Part of my job as a reviews writer here at Tom's Guide is to try out the newest robot vacuums. This means I have spent countless hours making a mess and cleaning it back to see which vacuums really are the best.
So when I looked on Amazon today to check out their latest Prime Day deals, I was shocked to find some of the best vacuums I've used at a discounted price — score!
My top pick here is the Roborock Saros 20, which I use daily in my home. It's currently on sale at its lowest ever price for $1,344. However, it's not the only deal I recommend. Here are five great robot vacuums, some available for less than half price!

The Lefant M210 robot vacuum is a decent choice if you don't want to spend too much on a vacuum. The sub-$100 sale price tag makes this entry-level vacuum very appealing. It's very effective at picking up dust on hard floors and suits small spaces with its compact design. The long rotating brushes capture debris at the edges of the room well, so you very rarely have to go in with extra clean up around the room.

The Roborock Q10 S5+ offers strong cleaning and a good app, but navigation isn't as good as the Saros 20. This is the best option if you want a cheap vacuum and have hard flooring in your home, since the suction power is only 10,000, but it's enough for picking up dust and small debris. The docking station is also small, making it great for homes with less space.

I had to do a double-take when I noticed that the Shark PowerDetect 2-in-1 was on sale for 58% off. We rated this vacuum 4.5 stars for its excellent suction and extensive mop reach, as well as the accurate LiDAR mapping. It's completely self-sufficient, and the dock can be left for up to a month at a time while the robot empties and refills water and empties its onboard dustbin. You can make easy adjustments in the Shark home app, making this a great choice for a busy home.

Even with its $1,299 price tag, the Shark PowerDetect UV Reveal's overall capabilities and performance are impressive, but this discount makes it even better. It leaves floors looking like you've paid a professional cleaning service to come in weekly. The UV light at the front of the robot helps spot stains so it can ramp up cleaning in tougher areas. It's controlled by the Shark home app, which is one of the easiest to navigate, giving you complete control at your fingertips.

The Roborock Saros 20 is the robot vacuum I use in my home, and my floors are always incredibly clean. Most of my flooring is carpeted, and the 36,00Pa suction does a brilliant job of picking up even the smallest debris. It is also self-cleaning on the docking station with 212ºF hot water washing for the mop, and the dustbin self-empties into a dust bag. This robot has the best obstacle avoidance I've tried, and at its lowest price ever, it's a great deal.
