Prime Video top 10 shows — here’s the 3 worth binge-watching this week (Jan. 14-18)
These are the Prime Video shows you shouldn't miss this week
A new year doesn’t just mean resolutions and fresh starts, since it also means a wave of new shows landing across the best streaming services. If you’re looking to update your watchlist, Prime Video’s constantly shifting top 10 is a solid place to begin. However, with so many titles surging in popularity each week, it’s not always clear which ones are actually worth committing your time to.
“Fallout” would usually earn an automatic spot here. The post-apocalyptic hit has been sitting comfortably at No. 1 on Prime Video for weeks, and deservedly so. But given its continued chart-topping run, it makes sense to spotlight some newer arrivals climbing the rankings instead. That said, if you’re already locked into the wasteland, “Fallout” season 2 has dropped a new episode.
After combing through Prime Video’s rankings, these are three shows genuinely worth checking out right now: a heartwarming romantic drama, an acclaimed spy thriller that dropped its second season 10 years later, and an action-packed thriller.
This list is based on the Prime Video top 10 U.S shows as of Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
Best shows in the Prime Video top 10
‘Spring Fever’
With it being the middle of winter right now, it’s all bitter cold and cozy nights spent staying warm, and sometimes, all you need is a charming romantic story to thaw things out.
Prime Video has thankfully come in clutch with its new original “Spring Fever,” which, as the title suggests, centres on love blooming during spring. This Korean drama looks like an easy, comforting binge, and while it leans into the familiar romance trope of a cold, guarded man finding warmth through a kind-hearted woman, it feels like a fitting watch for this time of year.
“Spring Fever” follows Yoon Bom (Lee Joo-bin), a high school teacher who leaves Seoul after a difficult chapter and takes a job in the quiet village of Sinsu. Reserved and hesitant at first, her routine changes when she meets Seon Jae-gyu (Ahn Bo-hyun), a striking local figure whose bold presence disrupts the town’s calm and draws attention wherever he goes. As Bom gets used to her new surroundings, her relationship with Jae-gyu becomes a central thread in her life.

‘The Night Manager’
It’s not often that a series resurfaces a decade after its original run, but “The Night Manager” is a clear example of how compelling writing and standout performances can stand the test of time.
When it premiered in 2016, the limited series became both a critical and awards-season success, picking up multiple Emmy and Golden Globe wins. Nearly ten years later, the show was officially revived, with a second and third season confirmed in 2024. My colleague, Martin Shore, even said it was “worth the 10-year wait.”
“The Night Manager” follows Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston), a former British soldier working as a hotel night manager, who is recruited by an intelligence operative to spy on a powerful international arms dealer.
In the original season, Pine assumes a covert identity to gain access to the dealer’s inner circle and gather crucial information for his handlers. In the new season on Prime Video, Pine (now living under an alias and working with a surveillance unit in London) is drawn into a dangerous mission involving a Colombian arms dealer.

‘Jack Ryan’
Spy thrillers are clearly having a moment again, with another familiar title climbing back into the top 10 and grabbing the No.6 spot. Tom Clancy’s “Jack Ryan,” which debuted in 2018 and wrapped up with its fourth season in 2023, is inspired by the bestselling novels by Tom Clancy.
Rather than following one specific book, the series weaves together elements from across the author’s work to create a modern, ongoing story. Packed with intense missions and large-scale action, it’s an easy pick if you’re looking for something fast-paced and explosive.
Jack Ryan (John Krasinski) is pulled out of his desk job and thrust into high-risk global assignments after uncovering suspicious financial transactions with dangerous implications.
Over multiple seasons, Ryan travels from Europe and the Middle East to South America and beyond, tracking conspiracies, illegal arms flows, and complicated threats alongside his mentor James Greer (Wendell Pierce) and other intelligence operatives.
